Took a sports package and was told all channels will be available, Only now to find out basic channels are available. None of the bein channels are available expect one. Etisalat too casual about it. Paying a hefty price for premium only to get poor and pathetic service. Phone staff has no clue whatsoever which is the norm and moreover i said I would like to complain about this and speak to someone only to be told that they cannot accept complains as nothing can be done. Regretting taking Etisalat. Should have stuck to taking bein directly. Would have got everything. Wish there was negative rating option.

Firstly, good job. You have done well with such a huge task. There are some user interface improvements that can be made if you are still commissioned for the app/working at etisalat. 1. You desperately need to incorporate a cast function for chromecast. This function is on most apps and even if not, the app will crash if you try to cast manually. It also crashes when you try to airplay for apple tv. So basically you are limited to watching on mobile. 2. Make content search more intuitive. Thats it, thanks!

Was told will get all channels , and later most of them are paid...feel cheated to take etisalat.

The only thing that is bad in this app is it hangs some times

Cant make an App bad than this. Not user friendly and iam still wondering about the prifile Pin which i dont have even a clue. Default wasted 30Dhs of no choice and knindly dont install and waste your time

Customer needs to pay aed 30 when registering through this application even if you are their existing elife customer. In description they said the app is free but they will charge aed 30 per month. Please remember anything from etisalat should be study b4 buying otherwise they will lock you in contract and start charging.

Yet another day of my life I will never get back from Etisalat...uninstalled

App not allowing to log in. Says that my number which I have registered is not valid. Additionally service is priced 30aed. You'll find it out after you download and try to log in

Can you solve this problem subtitle not work

Did not find the way to reset Admin PIN. Also all the channles are not working

Subtitle is not working while showing movies like tv please try to sol've this issue or advice if there is a way to show subtitles

Apart from restrictions due to requirements to pay for some channels..it's simply put awesome!!

Its working pretty fine now. However there are two things coz of which i will not give 5 stars 1. When i was facing problems etisalat never approached me to resolve the issue. 2. Catch up doesnt have all the channels...

I have a subscription of elife tv and ihave the username and the password when i enter it gives me connect falied error code 504
