It's pure waste of time installing this app. It is not at all logging even if we type correct password. Also I am very disappointed by their customer service. Tried to get the unlock code for my phone. It's a mission impossible browsing through their weird website. Very bad experience.

I downloaded this app because I was given to understand that my Device must be logged in on the Cloud Account for 14 days before I could get the Bootloader unlock code from their Web site. Now, the app doesn't log me in... So, I can't get the boot loader unlock code. Customer service doesn't respond... Such a shame! Such big company and such poor service.

Before I factory resseted my phone. I uploaded my contacts on huawei cloud from my gmail ID. Now I'm not able to login. Please help me in this regard
