Well on description it says " this USED to " and rightly so, because it is not free now. You have to buy minutes, which for UK, 400 minutes cost over $25. Why would i pay $25 for 400mins when I have 2000 mins and for £15 only with my mobile network? I don't care how it was before, now it is not free and for that reason I am out.
