Doors don't lock or unlock even though I got confirmation that it locked. I stood next to the car and nothing happened. Locator doesn't work even though I was standing next to the car. App eventually shut down due to inactivity. Valet doesn't work because it can't find the car. Good thing I didn't take the bait and pay $800 for this. I'm on a free trial, as far as I'm concerned this should be free due to the inability to do anything.

All I can say is, this app needs a facelift. I hate having to put my password every time, search is not smart, features sometimes works sometime doesn't.. How about go back button? keeping search history? I mean simple example.. You searched for an address, if the address is not found, instead of ability to make adjustment or correction, you have to type the whole thing again.. Really?? Nothing is user friendly.. I mean who wrote this program? Dear programmer, please get a Mercedes Benz car, and use this program for few days.. I'm sure it will help.. And all these negative feedback's and not one single reply? this "we don't care" attitude is not Mercedes-benz like.. Dear Mercedes, you might wanna check the things around here or remove your logo out of this app.. World best car, world weakest app.. Not a good match.. Not a happy camper..

It works as advertised with about a 5-10 seconds delay on the lock, unlock and remote starting features. We have no complaints and appreciate this app. Locator works fine and very accurate. It is reassuring to have the app as a back-up if your key is misplaced.

This is a major disgrace and total embarrassment. My neighbor hits his remote start app using onstar with his cheap equinox and it works every time and I can never get my remote start to work on my glc 300. I am going to tell the world about how ridiculous this is and how ashamed MB should be. If they cannot even make a simple app work like all the other cheap cars then what else have they failed to do??????

The app UI is outdated and the access on any feature is slow. Please try to hire some experienced software engineer to re-do the app development and remember follow the Google app design instructions. BTW there can be better utilization of this app, mbrace is a great idea and people would like to see a better design app with more useful features.

Just got a new Benz. I would never recommend using the send 2 Benz for navigation. It's outdated by at least 3 years. Searched for a location and it gave me directions to where the the place was located 3 years ago. This has happened multiple times. I would suggest using Google maps instead. I don't understand how this apps map isn't up to date like Google maps or at least more than 3 years up to date

Great idea if it worked. Very poor functionality. Only been able to use the lock and unlock feature hence the 2 stars. Very surprised for such a prestigious company like Mercedes. Really bummed :(

Given the price of Mercedes-Benz cars I would expect this app to be more impressive. Firstly, the icon is horrible and should just be the plain Mercedes star logo. Remote start is painfully slow, taking between two and three minutes to work but at least it works. The app is visually not very appealing and navigation isn't intuitive.

Between this app and Gear Shift on stalk I am done with this Company! I can not wait until Genesis G90 .

Does not work if located more than 1 mile away. While that might have security benefit in theory, does not make sense in practice. Also does not work in background.

Not very good app!

Not to much fictionally there on the app. Lock, unlock and locate. Haven't really check to see if lock and unlock really work. But the locate is really weak. It locates the car if it's close to my current location. But failed whenever I am at work and the car is at home. And event when it can locate the car, you cant really do anything with it other than look at the map a try to figure out how to get there. The map is just a non interactive map with two pins. One where I am at and one for the car.

The automatic starter sucks! It doesn't work all the time. In order to remote start your vehicle you have to be at the range between 2,000 ft to 1 mile. Once you start the vehicle, it will run for 10 minutes only and shut off automatically. The doors also don't lock or unlock. Mbrace is pointless.

Just type address in the phone, zap it to the car's navigation system!!!!

Remote start don't work 90% of the time

This app or the tech itself is not very good. Remote start fails over half the time, support tells me it will not work over wifi, which is not true and ridiculous. Still fails all the time when on mobile data, and don't get me started as to how terrible the in car wifi is.....

It has the basics of what you need in a smart phone and car combined together!

App seems to work only some times and very slow. Should have a feature to alarm you if the doors are unlocked. Highly disappointed in it.

Remote start has worked one time out of 20+ attempts

I remotely started my vehicle, then unlocked it (turns off automatically), then got in to turn back on. Left car on with key inside. It auto locked. Thankfully I had a spare key. The spare remote wouldn't work. So I called mbrace. They tried to unlock my car twice, but failed. So after calling the 3rd time, they told me my only option was to take the key fob out of remote and basically manually unlock, which may rip part of door handle off. It worked but now half my door handle is missing. Horrible service

I was excited to learn that 2016 models included mconnect for 5 years at no charge. After using this buggy app, i cant believe people actually paid for this service. To be fair the app layout is decent and simple. The functionality is where it fails. The vehicle locate function times out frequently. The sendtobenz says it sent but you cant find the notification or POI in the navigation. Where is the remote start button?!!? Come on Mercedes, thumbs down to your development team.

I have a 2016 cla. No remote start in app.

Remote start finally works majority of the time after the update.

I LIKE IT BUT I WISH I COULD START THE CAR WITH IT!

Poor UI. Missed opportunities to integrate with Android (for example: why can't I simply share an address from Google Maps and send it to my car). Constant timeouts without any indication. I'll never buy a car that has this as the mobile interface again.

It does what it supposed to do only when it wants to do it! - timeout- not available at this time - please wait forever. Maybe that's why they give it to us for free latel. Some more update I activate my valet engine start to get a message in case my engine was started I start the engine at 12 p.m. and I got the text message next day at 3 p.m. isn't it funny !

The app will not send authentication code to either phone or email.

This app has never worked!

Love it so far. Easy to download & get key connected. So far so good.

It needs to start the car at least within 10 seconds not 2 minutes.

I don't see the remote start icon on the app. Everything else worked. Although I have some deception with MB connectivity via mobile and on entertainment system.

The app works sparingly. Sometimes it works, sometimes, I get an " unable to communicate with vehicle Error" Sometimes I have to re-start my phone for the app to work.....

Have a new 2016 GL450, MB said it would have remote start on the mbrace app. Doesn't exist!
