VIEW CLAIMS HISTORY
Most GeoBlue members can now view their claims history right in the app. See claims in process and completed claims. Find just the claim you are looking for by using the sort and filter features.
FIND PROVIDERS
Quickly locate the right doctor, dentist, mental health professional, hospital or clinic using GPS or an entered location when planning for a trip. See providers mapped and get directions. Members with U.S. coverage can now find BlueCard® providers in the GeoBlue app.
RESOURCES & DOCUMENTS
Coverage and Benefits documents and Member Guides are now available for Group Expatriate members. Use the app to view, print or share these important insurance documents.
ARRANGE DIRECT BILLING
Request direct billing for an upcoming appointment with a GeoBlue provider or facility and get a Guarantee of Payment (GOP) issued to the provider. You can view and share the GOP directly from the app. You can also request an appointment directly from the app. GeoBlue will help coordinate this with the specific doctor or facility you requested or find the most convenient and appropriate provider for your situation.
FILE AN ECLAIM
Using the iPhone or iPad camera, you can take a photo of your bill and supporting documents and submit a claim for reimbursement.
FAX OR EMAIL YOUR ID CARD
Your GeoBlue member ID card is built into the app, and you can fax or email it directly to providers to confirm eligibility.
FIND YOUR MEDICATIONS
Use GeoBlue’s proprietary drug equivalency guide to learn whether your medications are available and what they are called all over the world. Then find a pharmacy nearby.
TRANSLATE MEDICAL PHRASES AND TERMS
All of GeoBlue’s doctors speak English, but the hospital staff, taxi driver or hotel concierge may not. Use GeoBlue’s translation tools to find and translate key medical phrases and terms. It even lets you play them for others to hear.
VIEW SECURITY PROFILES AND ALERTS Hundreds of country and city level security profiles help you prepare for a new destination and understand the risks. Health and safety alerts are published daily to the app as well.

There is no way to get to a claim form because the website is so bad, it tells you to find the 'member hub' but for my plan it is a different website and I found no way to file a claim with the website. Why can't they just put a pdf link in the FAQ section? Anyway I tried to do it on the app but there is no pharmacy option, only Doctor or Hospital visit, but I never visited a doctor or hospital for my thing! Getting Geoblue to even give the tiny amount of money they are meant to cover for my needs is like trying to get blood from a stone!

The app is very easy to use. I was able to submit my medical claims via using the app and you can check the status of those claims. By far, the Geo-Blu app is the best app I've used in a difficult to understand US healthcare system. I recommend the Geo-Blu app to all of my friends and family.

When you previously had a plan and now have a new one, you have to contact customer service to make the new one show up in the app. Whoever is responsible for this is clearly not doing their job.

The app is fantastic but suffers from 2 flaws, one of them major: Needs offline access! If I'm traveling and find myself needing medical assistance, the odds are good that I won't have wifi. Second flaw is just inconvenient: having to type my password every time I open the app. Fix those problems and it becomes 5 stars. (seriously, I've been telling all my friends how shocked I was that am insurance company created something so phenomenally useful and easy to use)

Worked once and only once, had some useful info. Now goes into infinite loop when I attempted to sign in. Customer service? Bwhahahahaha.
