If you enter an IP that is displayed on the server that is running without the need to separately identify IP, you can connect to the server.

Even translating the page where the PC server program is supposed to be I couldn't figure out how to dowload the program.

It's not clear how I can download the server application even after transition of the blog page. Once I navigate to the 2nd page where it has the zip file, I can't select the link. Maybe I need an account? But when I try to make one it requires my phone number, which I won't give to some unknown website. Shame, looks like it could be good.
