One M9 Still the best phone in the world...love HTC Sense! But what is new in this last update?...AGAIN! WHAT IS NEW IN THE LAST UPDATE? I think you must do another change in appearance to the HTC SENSE HOME APP, because ALL your htc phones look the same...the look of your sense home has been like this for a while now... Please do something new

After using my phone for 7 months, unfortunately HTC sense home crashes and Bluetooth is automatically turned on. Moreover phone got slow. There is a window which allows me to send report but I have sent 100 reports in a day. And nothing has changed. How am I supposed to downgrade my HTC sense home app.

This app is not working well. I have HTC desire 826, when my battery comes on 30% my phone automatically gets shutdown and when I restart it showed HTC home sense is not responding. I can't cancel it, always showed the same message. This happened many time then the only solution is to factory reset the phone and that consume a lot of time and all my data gets erased. I am facing a lot of problems because of this.

Homescreen has been buggy reloading too often since last few updates. Moreover, I think it's time for HTC to provide some "resolution downscale" options you customer. Maybe through Boost+ is fine but it needs to be for whole UI and maybe down to 720p would be a plus!

What happened to the legendary HTC flip clock widget? It doesn't flip anymore! I returned to HTC from Moto and iPhone (using the U11 now) and it doesn't feel like an HTC anymore. No HTC gallery or notes app, the animations feels too stock, what happened? :( Sense was the best thing on HTC, sadly it's not anymore I guess. And still no pull down to expand notifications? Really? It's hard to reach the status bar with one hand on this giant phone!

This is the 4th time I've tried to post this. My phone keeps crashing since the update. this is my personal and business phone. all my information pictures numbers are all stored on this phone. one single routine update crashes my entire day. are you going to compensate me for the last 4 hours of non productivity. how about the fact that I have guys in the field trying to get a hold of me but yet no answer because your app crashed my phone. your team needs to contact me ASAP this is outrageous

Handles well enough, but need an easy way to block all ads. Tried turning off everything I can but no option seems to work. I don't want to see a suggested nearby coffee shop invasive lyrics pop up on my lock screen, I just want to see my chosen background image.

This may sound like a small issue, but it's honestly super disappointing: the iconic sense flip clock widget looks super squished and unattractive on the U11 as a 5x2 app. It needs to be stretched vertically a bit to look how it used to. Can we get the ability to resize it??

I have an issue with home screen redrawing very often. It's seem like if home page was not in memory any more and it reloads. Also, seems very laggy since the last update. Please fix this!

Need an small improvement When call come they interrupt what ever we are doing. In all other Android devices call shows on screen in small place,it does not interrupt. What ever we are doing keeps on going and we ans call and talk without any interruption.!!!plzz make this change as fast as possible plzzz its very important. I m eagerly waiting for Google assistant on my htc 10!!!

New update has made the launcher buggy. Sometimes imprints what the latest app I opened showed on the screen and somehow makes it my wallpaper?? Also you've changed the font back on the clocks and it's small and ugly. Edit for your reply: As a developer you'll already have all that information in the developer app page, there's no need to ask me. Others have reported this issue so obviously it was a fault in the update and it needs to be backdated.

HTC please bring back your gallery, music player and editing tool. It's horrible with others. Google Music player is so naive . Loved your phone for simplicity and apps u provide. A lot saddened by removal of above mentioned.

Where is the ability for 3 x 4 grid on htc 10? Why did you remove it? It was one of the features that make me stick to htc and you remove one by one. First the tap on notification bar to take you to the top of your apps list was gone. Now removing the clean and simple grid size. What next? Make it completely unusable? You guys are losing it so badly. You have no idea what you are doing, have you?

Very stock like UI. Definitely a +. I do not appreciate the "Sponsored Content" on the blinkfeed, after having paid for the flagship device. I'd like to see some support for less blocky app drawer. Feature request: Can you allow us to add other news sources (like Pulse, Flipboard etc.) so that we are not married to News Republic.

I updated my themes on your portal but it is neither showing any error nor it get published. What is the problem? Is HTC removed this service?

The last updated has messed up my phone so badly I can do NOTHING ON IT!!! "SENSE HOME" CRASHES OVER & OVER AGAIN. CAN'T GET ON THE INTERNET, MAKE A PHONE CALL, TAKE A PICTURE. CAN'T USE EMAIL FEATURES BC THEY NEED UPDATING SUDDENLY, CANT UPDATE BC SENSE HOME MUST BE UPDATED FIRST, CAN'T UPDATE SENSE HOME BC IT KEEPS CRASHING. THANK GOD THIS HAPPENED ON A DAY I'M NOT TRAVELING OR NEED MY PHONE FOR WORK.... MY PHONE HAS BEEN A PAPER WEIGHT SINCE "UPDATES" YESTERDAY. I'M SO PISSED!!

Everytime I'm on the 2nd page of the home screen, if I load an app from there like Snapchat, hit the multi task button, swipe it away, then swipe to the first page, it refreshes the first page of the home screen. It's really jarring and messes with the entire flow and swiftness of sense that I've come to enjoy. Hopefully it is something you can test and see for yourselves.

I checked the reviews to see if I was the only one whose launcher performance had fallen way off after the last few updates. I guess not. My home screen completely disappears for a few seconds when I use the home button to get there. Up until this, I had no issues at all.

I updated the most recent update and now I can no longer make or receive phone calls or send and receive texts. I just get a message that says People/Messages has stopped working. Now I have a phone that can't even do what a phone is supposed to do.

After last update, the UI imidiately became slow and unresponsive. HTC One A9, Nougat. I don't know what have you done, but bring back UI fluidity...

Let user choose what they want. Why are you forcing people to use your nonsense applications. Give us bare minimum. We will use whatever we want. This will make HTC great. Hope u understand.

My stories take more then a minute to load and sometimes it goes blank asking to pull down to refresh. It usually is already refreshing and so it's counterintuitive. Please fix as I haven't had issues in the past.

Latest update is very buggy specially when moving bitween screens . A lot of icon reloading . I factory rest my phone but the problem back again as soon as I installed this update . Please fix it .

I have factory reseted the phone 3 times and it is now in safe mode but htc sense home keeps crashing. Could you please advise?

No transparency no good icon look no fresh wallpaper. Classic menu this all not fill costumers demand by Samsung in this case please and due to non-graphic control app close with lah airways thank and don't mind

I really HATE when changes are mandatory and not a choice. Let ME CHOOSE if I want those horrible red notifications. How can I go back to the previous version?

With the last 2 updates, sometimes when returning to the home screen the widgets would not be visible & it would take about half a second for them to show. This issue was not there before the last update.

Home button lags after update. Icons refresh considerably slower after update. Took me 2 days of reading forums as to why this was happening, until i uninstalled the Home Sense update....working fine now....

Best launcher ever

From past 2 days my home screen is launching for every 30 secs in a loop , , if i play a video the screen gets black for every 25 seconds in a loop and my device is getting warm from last 2 days , more over the system apps are draining 47% of my battery which is 15-20% earlier . The last update completely messed up my phone i had done hard reset for straight 3 times but no solution

Great that someone is doing their job and making updates, but there is nothing new with this launcher. Where is some nougat love and design? We are almost on Android o

Completely buggy since the last few updates. Facebook feed (the only one I want) shows 'No content' no matter what I do to try to change it, and I have tried practically everything. From ensuring I have the social plugin enabled, to uninstalling/re-installing Facebook, to a factory reset on my phone, nothing has worked. Also, News Republic articles keep filling my feed even though I've disabled the app and checked the box for no ads. I have an HTC One M8. I have been an avid HTC fan for years, but with the direction things have been heading with Sense and other native apps (abandoning the native internet browser, farming out services to third party companies like Peel Smart Remote and News Republic, and just overall more and more how glitchy things are becoming) I think I will be looking elsewhere for my next phone.

Love the sense home launcher. However, in the latest update, the apps groups' have transparent UI and when opened, the app icons overlays on the under lying apps. Please bring back opaque to the app groups

I updated the app and now it keeps acting up, every time I do something it erases everything on my screen then puts it back on every 30 seconds

Showing me ads on the lock screen despite having that setting off. Terrible. My phone should not be spamming me.

Need Help. HTC U11 phone. I disabled sense companion. HTC sense saying HTC sense has stopped working. Is this a bug or is disabling sense companion causing it to crash multiple times a day?

The last updated version has been very slow. Its takes more time for loading. Kindly fix this problem.

After the last 2 updates the home screen refreshes often.When changing from any app to the home screen all the icons are gone and it's just the wallpaper, then they load after a second. It was much smoother before.

When will you give updated Security Patches for the htc desire 626, m8 and m9? Or is this devices really not gonna get Security Patches because of the age of these devices... I can't help my country (south africa) does not want to stock any htc devices anymore, the last htc was the m9...EDIT: YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE SARCASTIC ABOUT MY QUESTION
