To many add-on pragrams downloaded and can't uninstall. Every update the phone gets less responsive. I don't think I'll be buying a new HTC mobile. This has got worse the last 3 months. Get yourself sorted if you want to retain customers!

Dear htc please fix this problem i am facing using this new 4g relience jio connection in india. I m not able to use my htc apps for calling and text messages. I had to download all the relience jio apps in order to use there 4g network which really sucks. And i have to keep on the mobile data for making calls. Please comeup with some thing and make me use my phone as it is. I love my htc and dont wanna buy any other silly phone so please! Thank you!

I do need help. 14.53gb is full out of 16gb in my internal storage, 8gb of which is system and another 6gb are crap apps from you guys that i dont even need or use that you update too damn fast and too much storage usage. Even though i have my SD Card, i can't even move ALL of this crap apps to the external storage, which won't let me install new apps! Everyday i try to delete useless data in my system but it will come back. Please stop doing this. Its very frustrating.

Here's what I think; it's beyond comprehension the system files for my HTC Desire 626s use over 7 of the 8 GB on this phone. After a reset I can't even install Instagram, twitter or other apps I previously had on my phone. I have moved the two apps that I could to my SD card. How am I supposed to update my phone? I have disabled every app possible and have forced stopped others. I tried to contact via online chat, HTC customer support. They abruptly ended my session without a reply. I have left my info to be contacted and again to no avail. There needs to be a patch or something made available to completely remove the unnecessary bloatware.

My htc desire eye front camera icon has disappeared. This is rubbish. Please give me my camera back now please.

In the contacts app, my contacts are continuously disappearing, my favorite contacts aren't saved to the top of the page. I have to consistently keep adding my contacts back, when they should be saved to begin with!! So annoying!!

HTC said the help does not work anymore because they put all that information on the web where you have to go digging and searching for it instead of just getting that help when you're in the application or camera or whatever. This applies to my M8. So basically the HTC help application is now useless.

This update will only take up much needed internal space. If phone is acting up, restart, reset, call cust. service or web, go to your nearest store for help.

Please possibly add "hide sensitive msgs, contents in the open notification panel" as HTC doesn't support in open screen & flashes msgs with contact name & message preview. Update this setting almost all social network apps, orelse add this setting in upcomming Nougat 7.0 update. Thank you

Ok dyslexic people of the world who complain because they can't "READ".. This app does exactly what it's meant to and does it well!

Worthless garbage. Htc would need to try quite hard to make their software this bad I feel. What is going on with this once great phone manufacturer...?

This basically gives you the same "fix" for everything, "Restart your phone regularly". WTF?! Why is it even called "Help"? It also needs to be updated more often.
