HTC Service - HTC PNS

My HTC 826 dual sim mobile after upgrading my phone does not responding well and the device gets over heated ;ever before I use it.Also my playstore not responding and some other apps not responding. So please find a solution and help me to fix these problems.

The first smartphone I had was a htc, had it for a while then got upgrade, a Samsung. To be fair it was a good phone but unfortunately didn't survive falling out of my pocket whilst riding my bike and being run over. Vodafone offered me a pre used HTC one and I've never looked back. Not much to pick between Samsung and htc, I just prefer the look of the HTC and it's usability is just that bit better.

I have a serious problem.. when ever i search for android update it keeps just searching.. which mean i havent got any update until now.. what is thereason for that? K own htc one m9u.. and i live in pakistan.. please help

The last update messed up my camera! My pics are upside down or side ways and I have to edit every pic I take. WTH?! I changed all settings back to default and that didn't resolve the issue.

I've never seen an apps review section more plagued by complete idiots. The reviews are for this app, not displaying your lack of self-troubleshooting simple and fixable issues with your phone.

Agree w all calling out others just complaining in general, but if other issues are due to this app then they are justified. Love HTC, on my 3rd phone. Had many issues during my time w HTC... Currently can't update my camera. Some older articles (4 months) suggest it's due to this app...

WAKE UP HTC!! How about DOING SOMETHING USEFUL LIKE getting the quick Boot up & Shutdown going and STOP installing applications that are incompatible with my Phones. HTC One Max, Lollipop 5.0.2 & Sense 6.0. Australia.

Can't get emails without manually updating. It doesn't push my emails thru. I can't get service in my house always saying trying to establish internet connection. HTC is garbage.

One of these updates causes my phone to shut down randomly. Please fix this problem

After the update, my main camera and flash no longer work.

Everything associated with htc gets under 1 star. These buffoons won't even return customer service emails, wouldn't recognise the phone they sold me was internally corrupted til AFTER warranty was up. What used to be a decent company will be bankrupt soon

Hello, my Rezound ran out of battery earlier today at work and turned off, so when I got home, I plugged it into my charger and turned it on a few minutes later (i.e. once it had about 10% charge or so). When it loaded, I unlocked my phone, and it attempted to load my home screen, but an error window showed "Unfortunately, HTC Sense has stopped." When I clicked OK, my phone just repeated the same thing with the same result.  Now, my phone is stuck in this loop, and I cannot access my home screen.

The new update has disabled my motion launch. I no longer can double tap to wake or swipe to unlock. The home screen now does not display the home time as it did earlier. Also the screen keeps on rotating even though i have the auto rotate disabled. Worst update ever.

I'm not sure if it is this HTC app or some other POS app they have forced on to my phone but I dislike getting push notifications to buy your latest POS device.

I bought HTC desire 826 dual.after 1 year it cause heating and battery backup problem.. 25000 for 1 year...??I think it is the worst mobile phone.even Chinese phone is better than this. Now HTC can tell me what should I do..???

If there's one thing I found I really hate about HTC it is they're completely virus like notifications you notify on the themes I don't want, on backup I don't use,news I don't read,updates I don't want, even when the boom speaker makes a sound u tell me and now memory I now don't have ? In my opinion Your phone is full of malware out the box .. never again will I buy htc

The app itself works fine. It does what it says, pushes notifications for apps and whatnot. What bothers me are the reviews are based off the people's thoughts and opinions off the phone model not the app itself. They come here to complain about the poor performance of an HTC Desire 835 or 826 or whatever number combination. Mind you, this is a push notification on your lock screen app

My HTC desire 826 dual sim has not been able to install the upgrade package available in the settings menu. After installation failure I was always prompted to reboot the phone. My phone is set to tell HTC the errors automatically. It seems that nothing has been done to solve this problem.

Love my HTC ONE. I have dropped this phone more times then I can count and the thing still works great!!!! I don't don't have any protected box on it. I would have give a 5 star but the keyboard suxs. I've tried to calibrate it many's times but it still lags. My space bar is the worse and if I hit one lwttwr the other letter next to it types up. See above. Should say "letter"

Due the architecture the hot spot details can not be saved by third party devices. Sony, LG do not have these issues!!! Time to sell the HTC 10. HTC support rubbish

I am unable to update my Desire 826 dual sim from Lollipop to Marshmallow as the Installation process is halted everytime during restart after downloading the update. Kindly see to it ASAP.

M9 owner. Error 505. Have space, cleared caches, follow other steps and still unable to update. 7/8/16 they finally fixed this issue. Has been installed. No issues on my phone so far.

My M9 has been good to me but aftercare little over a year it's acting like a spoiled child. The g sensor is a big problem. I have to reset at least twice a week and the battery is starting to die faster. Overall HTC holds it down and puts out great devices. This is my first HTC device that has such problems

After update my phone lags in everyway possible, also can't receive emails now. Can send them. Does anyone at HTC even read this. Will uninstall it I guess so phone will work. It's the only update I did so I know it's related to this update.

My connection sucks downloads take forever. I have 4 g a mile from my house and 3g at home always get unable to establish connection errors all the time. HTC One M8

Like many others ... camera/video and keyboard is very slow to react and functions poorly. Please fix as it was perfect 2 updates ago.

After a prior update my camera became so slow and laugh that it is literally unusable. The keyboard also was slow and cumbersome. With the latest update, the keyboard is better, but the phone is worse.....

majority of the issues from the previous update had been fixed. camera working now, less lagging and no more sudden crashing while on standby mode. however, connection (both wifi and mobile data) was severely low or slowed down even though it wasnt like that before. HTC M8

The HTC desire626 is a piece of crap in my opinion. My phone constantly crashes, it used to ask if I wanted to send a report, which I always did., but now it doesn't even ask. The store I bought it at offered me a refurbished phone, but like I told them No..I paid you for a new phone, than I want a new phone, or some of my money back.

Unable to update and unable to use usb storage. This phone is expansive, very poor backup and heated very soon when you talking or browsing.

I didn't want to have to subscribe to a brand with so much bloatware and having to conform to their way of customizing things. That's why I don't want another Samsung but here I find that HTC is no different!?

Unable to update. Tried troubleshooting with the link provided. It didn't solve it.

The camera does not rotate fine it is always to the side and when open gallery from the camera to review the photo it is the opposite rotation, every time I want to take photo I keep on rotating my phone left and right, even Viber video call and Skype it is rotated to the side, what are you doing HTC, why you are ruining your reputation and our phones?

After marshmallow upgrade my keyboard lags like a turtle I'm hating using desire eye, clearly htc is more concerned about the M family and not desire family, I also paid for this phone didn't come in charity, always been HTC fan my first Android was HTC but I guess now ita time to switch,

Come on now. I couldn't update this until I reinstalled car and updated speak via car. Ridiculous. On top of that my phone had been acting funny since I was unable to update this. Hopefully it'll go back to normal now that this is updated for me. I'll come back with an update in a few days.

My phone won't run videos on Wi-Fi. I am going to ask to put my old Samsung Galaxy avant back on because at least if runs Wi-Fi. It's not the connection. My old phone works better than this one ...

Since a couple days that I made an update on the phone my camera and the flashlight have completely stopped working and shows an error report everytime I try to use it. I was hoping this would get fixed once I installed the update and this update is an utter failure. I think I'm going to replace my HTC M8 with another phone.

Anybody having trouble updating too? I updated this thing and i don't know if it's connected.. But when i try to update phone software, it's not working. I thought by updating this, it would let me update my software, I guess not.. So whats the point of this ?

Since I did the update my phone is constantly stuck in airplane mode it a HTC m8 since this has happen there has not been another update to fix my issue I have tryd to restore my phone reset soft&hard and still nothing NOT HAPPY HTC
