HTC Account—Services Sign-in

I love my new HTC 9 But PLEASE get rid of News Republic. It's Pre installed, and I'm having to uninstall unwanted updates daily now. I uninstall it, then by next day it's updated itself and is constantly alerting me to its updates. It's an awful , trashy app. As much as l like my phone, I would warn anyone else against purely because of this dreadful, irritating app

I'm disappointed that HTC get most of my Storage, or that you're trying to make me link up to facebook or instagram and other apps I call crap. How about doing what HP Duse they have there important system App. So the owner can put what they want. I loved this phone last year. Lost it you have changed.

Frustrating trying to read with HTC latest font where typing password become stressful. Thin black outlined not suitable for standards. Only designed for poster displays. HTC careless and disregard standards.

DONT BUY HTC if your a serious about your data, don't want it lost, want the flexibility to add other apps (as there is hardly enough space to add other apps due to all HTC bloated apps) and don't want to spend your days on YouTube and google trying to find out why your contacts are ALL gone after the battery dies, why after HTC sense is updated you can't get into your phone due to pop up error msg. If your a time pressed mother, a business owner or teenager or young adult, don't waste your time buying htc phones I'm goning to get a Samsung or google phone after 3 HTC phone s always with poorly tested updates that ruin your data I have had it with their phones (and so you will read have many others). Don't waste your time you will regret it. PS and the HTC backup on the phones don't work properly. As for this account sevice cant even get in it from my phone.

Seems a little odd that it will install on other phones without sense services installed. I guess it would be better if I had an HTC phone?

I m not getting system update pls tell me how and where to get suggestions. I m facing lots of problems marshmallow updated version pls fix the problem other than I m going to stop using HTC PRODUCT EVEN SAMSUNG BETTER THAN YOUR PRODUCT I PAID 26K FOR MY PHONE AFTER EXPIRY My WARRANTY GIVING LOTS OF TROUBLE. Worst service of HTC There are so much issues in my desire 828. Over heating Battery discharge very soon Rear camera not blurring Switch off during video play When I gone to repair at HTC service centre they created two new issues in my device. They broken my sim cover. Next time after repair they damaged my loudspeaker.and said we are not responsible for that (tvse HTC Bangalore) . So totally disappointed by htc

It's bs that my internal storage is taken by phone apps and I can't even put apps on my SD card and use them so I am with out any room n I paid over a hundred bucks for this piece of crap

I'm sorry but I can't figure out how to print out anything from my HTC ONE M8 PHONE. What am I doing wrong? Other than that I love the phone. I tell everyone about it and to go HTC.

I'm freaking out because I haven't even had this phone for a year and this update has officially messed my phone up. I keep on getting an endless loop of pop ups saying "unfortunately Sense home has stopped" I can't access my home screen now. I can't do a factory reset because I don't have everything backed up. I'm screwed. The htc m9 is the worst phone I have ever had and I will never get another one. I'm thinking about getting a Samsung.

HTC USED to be a good brand but after many years of using different models I can say that HTC now is just a costly brick. The service center guys(at Hyderabad mainly) are untrained, they feel and behave as if they are doing a favor for us. No updates from HTC where as other competitive brands which costs much less than my mobile have got software update (Android version update)

...but I do not like that there are so many HTC apps on my phone that can not be moved to my SD card because they take up a ridiculous amount of my storage.

I lose so much data constantly. I have to factory reset and lose my pictures because sync turns off randomly. HTC sense home stops working so I cannot even access messages . Worst phone ever. Worst system and apps ever.

MY HTC BLINKS ON AND OFF EVERYTIME I TRY AND SEND A TEXT MESSAGE AND THE OUTLINE OF THE PHONE TURN ORANGE. HTC IS THE WORST PHONE I'D EVER HAD.

I can't wait to see HTC next new Flagship Phone. I started with the HTC Droid HD Didn't care much for the Resound but everyone has to make mistakes in order to succeed. I continued on until the One M8 and I must say that it was Amazing I was forced and Regret the fact that I since my One M8 was no longer able to charge due to charging port quit working and ubreakifix was unable to repair I was told by Verizon I had to upgrade because the no longer carried the M8 I absolutely HATE!! The M9 that's all I have to say about the M9. The 10 is exactly like the M8 only better sound and Pictures I thought I had the 10 and life was great except my son hated the M9 as well and loved 10 while I was showing it off, so I gave it to my son and I am still using my M9. I am eagerly anticipating and waiting hoping for HTC to introduce their next flagship phone as Apple and Samsung keep throwing out great looking phones but like the M9 they are better used as paper weights. So HTC blew it with the M9 clearly. But I am a loyal HTC fan and understand making bad choices,but you guys can't put your HTC loyal friends and fans of your phones threw anything like that again. So that is my thoughts and I hope that HTC release of something just as great as the m8 and 10 or something better will be released soon.

Every time HTC adds something it makes my phone worse. Just back off already! Now looking at Pixel or iPhone.

Memory usage outrageous, why install all this just that we don't have an option to uninstall. And can't even disable either. I will never ever buy an HTC brand phone. Didn't want this one either but was forced into due to warranty exchange. Worst phone ever.

HTC desire 816 is the worst phone...it was my first phone , so I expect it to be good...but later realised that the performance and build quality and even the camera is below average....just make us happy by providing Android Nougat update , this phone really needs it...it might solve most of the problems.

Its been 4 years using htcm7= batery gone bad to worst. Most files are infected even using update antivirus..

I can't use my phone. All I'm getting is "something"has stopped working and it just repeats itself and I can't get it to stop.

Lousy new update. Why whenever there is an update, nothing works correctly. Don't you guys test this stuff before submitting it to the public??

HTC sense is the best feature in any mobile phone out there, I just love everything about it, linking social media accounts to contacts, themes and many interesting features that no android phone has. THANK YOU HTC

Not able to edit personal information. Tried to change the details from website also but no action when clicked submit button. Issue on website as well.

It's OK. Many times contacts fed stand automatically deleted. Alarm after full battery charge is not working. Audio volume is poor. Phone is still without marshmallows update.

This is basically an advert for HTC services (which are crap).

All accounts stop syncing since update. HTC Account "sync is off" no way to turn on.

How can I get ridoff from screen overlay which is a continuous problem

I accidentally dropped my phone three times and when I turn the screen off and turn it back on there's a static overlay on there and I'm having to restart my phone and its still there please fix it
