I have put my mobile factry reset before my memory card encrypted after aftr factry reset i cant get back my memory card pic its all pic cant open

Too complicated and I feel like I have no control of my photo organization. Pics are forced into albums and some I can't move. I just want a simple view that displays everything by date (date created, not last modified). Won't multi-select with a long press like all other apps do. List goes on.

After update I downloaded few pics from google drive but it is not showing. But when I restarted the phone, it starting showing pics. Very bad experience

Why does every update for ANDROID become damaged or feature taken away from us from each and any update !!!!!!!!!

Common is it really necessary to have this gigantic thumbnail files?! Solve it! You are aware of this problem already for ages! Bad app!

All my videos are now pictures. But if I upload them to facebook they are seen as what they truly are. How do you let fb have better gallery options?

No way to customize your albums, interface sucks, not user friendly at all, not remotely intuitive. Should be scrapped in favor of an existing, better gallery app! Takes up way too much memory! Just utter crap! But you have to use it if you want to do anything with images on an HTC phone therefore this will be a short lived phone and I will never get another HTC! 8Gb and 5 are for the system! System memory shouldn't even be counted as phone memory! Seriously, utter crap, virtually useless and if you try to use a different app there's no integration available you can't attach photos to a message or email, Facebook can't open you pictures, just pisspoor planing and execution. HTC will be a dead company if they don't up their game!

I try all things to make this 3D can work again, on this update i can't use 3D effect and prefocus edit. Please make it just like old version and i'll give 5 stars ;)

Best app, I am using it since last 4 years , I had m7, m8 , m9+. Upgraded to 10 and found that gallery and music app is removed. Thinking of selling my 10. Google music and gallery is useless. HTC KINDLY START THESE APPS AGAIN.

Now after the Android Nougat upgrade the gallery options menu has disappeared just like the one in the clock app. Honestly for a so called big player in the smartphone market HTC are becoming a joke! The issue with the clock still isn't fixed and now this.....

This app is easy to use but now I have a HTC 10 this app is no longer available.... please fix that. Photos app isn't as good

Best gallery app in existence. Augmented by Zoe integration. Looking forward to better integration with Google photos.

Possible for sharing to be made easy? Enable touch and hold to start selecting pictures to share or delete. The current system makes it difficult. You have to enable delete or sharing mode before sharing or deleting bulk files

The gallery does not have an organized form. All the photos and videos are displayed together which makes it so difficult for me to find the photos I need. Even in the albums view, the photos are all scattered in some folders, not at all organised. I just hate it when it takes hours to find a pic I'm looking for. Please provide an update to make the gallery more user friendly.

This update lost several of my photos thanks for nothing. I keep trying to uninstall the photo editor and it comes right back even though I don't want auto updates. WTF. This is my phone right? I paid for it I should get to decide what I want in it. Tired of all the pre installed apps that update constantly taking up space so I have no room for my stuff on MY phone. And now I'm about to loose my web browser because you decided your going to discontinue it. Thanks again for deciding what is right for me.

All photos are appearing in one album even I have chosen to show album wise still camera folder has photos from Facebook and other folders which is very irritating... Please make it simple and organized.. I just hate HTC gallery.

Even we cant open as folders.. Not user friendly at all. . its really hard to find a photo. . even multi selection also really bad. . long press and select photos to delete or share better neh .. Now we have to use 3rd party gallery aps like "quick pic"

Ok so I just got this phone (HTC desire 626s) a couple weeks ago and already there is a problem. I was on my gallery looking through photos and videos to see which one I wanted to delete while I'm on there the all my albums (3-5 albums) got deleted and they were on my SD card and now I can't get those photos back. This happened on my old HTC phone gallery all after I updated the gallery app. But other than that it's a nice gallery app but I want me photos and videos back

SERIOUSLY I AM SO IRRITATED BY THE AUTO ZOOM IN WHENEVER I WANT TO CHANGE MY WALLPAPER AND I CAN'T ZOOM OUT BACK. HURRY UP AND FIX THIS BULLSHIT

Why am I getting hundreds of pics of emojos. Smily faces and all. Every time I delete them there back again the next day. And there are videos too blank ones. Why are they in my personal photos / gallery.

Only the RGB changed in filter effect..... Old filter has much better effects than now... And also we want the filter in camera too. That is user friendly option. So kindly add it in camera app itself

PoS app just like every other HTC product. HTC was lost my business indefinitely for selling me a phone with corrupted memory chip and refusing to acknowledge the problem till AFTER my warranty was expired. They refuse to help me and have now chosen to just ignore emails. I have been cordial with them but still hold them accountable. I have to wipe this phone regularly and this time I even though I downlowned this worthless app I can't see any of photos. Even photos i download won't show up on phone.. HTC is done. Time to break out my old flip phone...serious.

Thanks a lot HTC for fixing this, though there is something that would really help if done ... When I go to my photos from inside the camera app it directs me to the timeline which I do not like so if there would be a setting to change to camera shots ONLY that would really help. Thanks again and keep up the good work :)

WHy isnt it available for the HTC 10?? - Google pics is CRAP & you know it.... If Id known I wouldnt have upgraded... serious mistake HTC, been a big fan of your gear for years, perhaps its time to look at Samsung???

I really like this app because it is very useful, easy, and well organized so you can find the picture you want quickly. However, it is not compatible with my new HTC 10 with Android Nougat. I hope HTC releases a new update compatible with the latest version of Android as soon as possible.

I had an HTC merge and loved it, so I wanted the desire because I thought HTC made good phones.. there isn't another gallery to use, just this one. It was used to be an awesome gallery app comparing to others. But recently for some reason it lost all my tags, and it's crashing every single time when I am trying to add a tag to image/video. Can you explain why? Also, why did you pull the app out from HTC 10? The Google Photo doesn't have tagging function!!!

What the hell? With the update I can't save an edit of a photo, at least not in any obvious way. Where there used to be a Save to tap after cropping, for example, there isn't any longer. And if I hit the Crop at the top of the page nothing happens. If I hit the < to the left of the Crop, it just goes back to the original photo. Help, please.

Fix this pile of crap, which has become useless since the update, and means I cannot access all photos on my device. Everything effectively lost. Absolutely rubbish. Has completely ruined my trust in HTC!!!

This worked brilliantly until the last but one update then all the pics have gone when using the Gallery. They are still on my device it is just this doesn't recognise them. Kind of makes this programme a bit useless really!

No floating video facility like samsung No Multi window operation for users. No More camara and Video features like Sony. In same price Galaxy S6 and S6 edge provides all, while HTC One E9+, HTC One M9+, HTC One E9, HTC One ME not give these all. So Sense UI 7 or any thing is very poor against Samsung UI and features. Dont waste your money in buying HTC's backward devices.

How do you stop videos from automatically playing while scrolling through the pictures and videos in thumbnail mode? It's annoying. I can't find a setting for this.

When you take a selfie, the app automatically saves a copy in both the "selfie" folder & the "camera roll" folder. You can't delete one without deleting the other, so your gallery is cluttered with unnecessary duplicate pictures. I remember this not being the case in a long ago version of this app, and I really wish they'd fix it. It's an otherwise great app though.. Fix this issue & I'll rate 5 stars.

Worst thing in htc mobiles, you can not copy, share or move multiple files from timeline view.. even you can change thumbnail size.. please fix these this is not expected from a leading brand. I just bought htc one me and facing a lot issues in basic apps like album and music(with no equiliser and folder view).. please fix basic apps!

Stop messing with the gallery! Let me have all files chronologically.. Including screens etc. Swiping to exit full screen doesn't work! So irritating!
