About HTC Fetch
HTC Fetch is a "find me" tag with a sleek, compact key fob design that can be attached to any object within proximity of your Bluetooth Smart Ready phone. Use HTC Fetch to find your phone or other misplaced belongings and valuables like your keys or wallet. Provides an "electronic leash" and notifies you when the object is out of range or when returning to range. Saves the last known location when connected and displays the location on a map.
This app is primarily intended to support devices that do not have the native support for HTC Fetch included in HTC Sense. Users with supported HTC devices can already connect to Fetch using the built-in pairing support in Settings > Bluetooth and do not require this app. HTC users should not attempt to connect to the Fetch tag using this app AND the built-in Bluetooth pairing setting at the same time, as it may result in connection issues. Version 1.1 of this app now supports the remote camera shutter feature on HTC devices.

unable to pair as a standard bluetooth or NFC device, so it cannot be used as a trusted device to keep screen unlocked. app settings are not persistent.

This product, and the accompanying app, is utterly worthless. It connects via bluetooth and will randomly drop connection without warning you, so you have to pair it again, usually every few days. This means it can't reliable be used to find anything. I was using mine with a HTC M7 for around a year, I can't remember any instance of it being useful, and it started making weird noises and broke today. Don't waste your money.

Did new update still dont pair on m9 htc is turning into a flat out joke So I got 3 fetch last year now I buy your so called flagship phone of 2015 m9 an now my fetch don't work...I used to tell everyone HTC this HTC that. No I'm ashamed to tell anyone I got HTC. So you sell this an next year it don't work. I swear I'm bout done with HTC an that's all 4 phones on my plan.

Why won't it stop beeping? Doesn't save settings, can't leave my phone and keys separated for too long otherwise one of them will go off.

Before last update worked perfectly. Now I can't connect Desire 820. It connects and disconnects. I can't get it to work. And after a while it informes me that it's out of range. So sorry that it doesn't work. I would like to use it. Update: now it works again . Have no idea what changed, maybe few restarts did help. Anyhow now it works and I like it a lot.

After upgrade to newest firmware version ( HTC M9 - 2.10.401.1 ) fetch stops working...please - fix that. Device is pairing, but there is no chance to connect to it. Finally, version 1.6 is working FINE! THANX :-)) Brilliant job.

I simply can't rely on this device working when needed. If the phone hasn't been used for a while, the phone will not respond when to pressing the button on the fetch. Disappointed.

This was seriously the most pathetic little tracker device. I honestly never thought it was going to be with it but I got it because of novelty purposes of owning and loving HTC products. But the past year I've grown to hate HTC HTC products. The device that is meant to connect to this app drains a brand new battery within a month with no usage. And this app was made by a kindergartner. Totally pathetic. Same as the app for the RE camera.

It's better than the others ,I would like to make some suggestion , in settings to have a way of putting in different sounds for alarm on the phone, make it alarm til you approach it then it will connect automatically.

I got my Fetch yesterday and set it up, downloaded the app, all that. Then at just before 2:00 am, and again just after 3:00 am, the tag started beeping at me like an alarm clock. It woke me up (obviously). The first time I just cancelled it, but the second time I went to the app and unchecked the boxes for alerting me when my phone is out of range and back in range. And now clicking the tag doesn't make the phone ring. As this is the whole of the job it's supposed to do, this is not acceptable.
