I'm rating 3 stars primarily due to the form factor which I like a lot. The watch does lose link pretty often but reconnects automatically as well. Huge downside is even when I turn off sound for notifications it doesn't silence the beeps. Which means the phone will always beep for notifications. Otherwise, very easy to use. Does what it says its capable of doing and doesn't require me to charge it at night. Would appreciate support for Google Inbox. Took the watch back. Never buy 1st generation.

This watch worked with my Samsung Galaxy S5, I upgraded to the Samsung Galaxy S8 plus, the watch will not connect. I went to the help button and it goes to web page not found. So much for support!????

You can't even connect to your watch

As a long-time KC fan, I'm very disappointed with this product. The display says it's connected but I never receive any notifications on the watch. Waiting to see the Michael Kors Access watch this fall.

Nearly every time I try to connect my phone to the watch, the app freezes. I keep having to go to App Manager to force stop and try again. When it finally does get connected, it won't stay connected. The only thing I have found useful is syncing the time and date with my phone for the short time it is connected.

The representation of the app looks really old. Also the Watch disconnects too short of a distance. It needs more features.

App is fine. It's the overpriced, junk of a watch that goes with it. The watch looses connection constantly. Don't buy it.

This is ridiculous...received it as a gift...and now I can't even be exicted about it anymore! Dumbest smart watch and app invented.

Poor smartwatch...I rather use my Samsung gear1, it's charging by usb and got it for $99 went on sale on The source by circuit city on 2015.best smartwatch ever but this Kenneth Cole I returned it coz it's hard to press the buttons and hard to reset.poor smartwatch.

In my Droid Turbo 2's regular Bluetooth settings I can find it but can't connect because I need a pin that is unfindable. The app downloaded fine and seemed to work until I tried to connect, where no progress has been made.

The application takes over the control of contacts and my contacts disappeared from the list. Is there a fix to that? I will get it deleted and will write my brief experience in every possible aspect.

Watch is terrible I can't sync my time and then it slows down, does anyone know how to fix this ?

Can't sync time . Very slow responding. Disappointed for $150

Don't walk a couple steps away or have the cellphone in your pocket, it disconnects right away and won't reconnect automatically.

Why would Kenneth Cole continue to sell this garbage? Wish I had looked at the app reviews before buying this watch. Can get the app to install, but then crashes every time it is opened. Maybe the KC website should do some truth in advertising and change their photos for this watch to people with confused looks on their faces. Better yet, smiling as they toss them off a building, as the only enjoyment you can get out of this watch, is finally seeing it go away.

My mom got this for as a Christmas gift...she got bamboozled. This is an awful smart watch. I can't sync the time. When I do it manually, the clock slows down. Just...awful. If you're going to make a smart watch, do it the right way

I spent some money on a nice connect watch, but it keeps disconnecting. It also continually beeps which is annoying. Right now there is no fix to this so I would suggest going for a different watch.

Cannot connect it with my LG G3. Tried using the app to connect it, app crashes or hangs indefinitely. Cannot connect manually because I can't get the watch's pin. Can't comment on the functionality because I can't use it. The screen is too low of res to do much, they didn't really think about how to offer their customers any real wearable tech. It's a product they can put in their lineup to check the "smart watch" category off the list. It's clear they have no idea what they're doing in the smart arena.

I got this watch for christmas and it wont connect to app. For being kenneth cole you would think it would work correctly smh.... Return!

As I got my watch yesterday I try to synchronized to my phone it didn't work.. I don't know kc app is making my watch reconnect out my phone, can somebody fix the bug or do something about it..

This app crased on me the first time i set up my wtch and continues to crash just downloaded it to mybphone again and it crashed could be great if it would stop crashing..

Its a pain to connect and it always beeps no matter what even if its on just vibrate or no sound at all it still beeps and disconnects always (0 stars)

Very basic, app actually is a bit much for a watch that's so basic. BTW the connection is really weak, I assume it's the watch cause it's so low power

Watch is beautiful but fails to stay connected to the phone rendering this app absolutely useless.

Downloaded it to connect my watch and all my contacts and settings are magically disappeared... I would not recommend this app

i received this watch as a farther's day gift. bottom line it does not work. it stays connected to the phone sporadically and constantly disconnects. Do not walk away from it because after a few steps you are disconnected. even when it does work it is so limited. just a toy that is broken. it looks alright but is really a cheap watch. i am going to return it.

This thing beeps all the time and there is no way to turn of all sounds but keep the vibration. May as well just have the phone on loud. I've searched all over the app but can't find any setting for this.

I am unable to synchronize time via Bluetooth. Every time I press the button the time doesn't get synchronized.

watch not connecting w/ my phone anymore. was working fine for about 2 weeks - now it seems to not be working at all or connecting.... Very disappointed need a refund for my watch or an updated version of the Connect app or whatever help you can offer please help me with this issue... (P.S.- please respond as soon as possible) Thank you!

Disconnects every 3 minutes. Can't be used as a smart watch when it's never connected.

The Kenneth Cole app has totally crashed my phone. I hope I can get my money back for the watch!!!

So why doesn't the watch consistently seek it's Bluetooth partner? Why am I pressing down connect every 20 secs to get a stable connection? How about you decrease battery life to avoid it disconnecting constantly?? Seems like at this point you're deliberately not doing anything. If Kenneth Cole It techs really don't know how to write the code for this I'll volunteer FIVE MINUTES of my time to write it and no I do not have a degree in programming

The unit looks very cool and when it works is even cooler!....i tried all the features and all works nice but like everyone else i still get the frequent disconnect from the phone, i hope that's in the purposes of saving batt life...the only thing is now i keep getting a pop-up notification message that says "unfortunately, the process android.process.acore has stopped" non-stop.....

It does everything it is designed to do. I like that I can use my phone to find my watch if I forget were I have placed it. I also like that I can find my phone using my watch if I have misplaced my phone. It's not a location tracker FYI. The app will make your phone ring and your watch beep if you place one of them somewhere without thinking. Good enough. Not fancy, but still cool, and useful.

If you're having issues, do a master reset by pushing all four buttons at the same time and hold them until the watch beeps. This should have your watch working like new.

I love my Kenneth Cole watch Rules. Also just like everyone else the watch loses link with the Android phone. I have it in my hand while typing this and loses connection. I just bought this 50min ago.
