Would be a lot better if you could choose which folders for it to search. It adds all sound effects and music etc for all apps with no prob to filter. Add in a select a folder option and I'll revisit the rating.

Missing the preamp function on the equalizer!, Configurable lockscreen And to mute notifications while playing music on the player!

Needs android auto integration. Needs swipe to enter library. Other than these two issues its a great ui

Unexpected user methodology. Open a folder which contains multiple subfolders, each holding multiple tracks. Where is the play button? On a different tab, naturally. Silly me.

The best music player that can be used while driving. One feature request. The UI displays following music tags. Title, Album and Artist. Sometimes we may be curious about Composer or other tags. There can be a provision in settings to select which all tags to be displayed in the main screen (Max 4-5 based on screen space limitation). To exit car tunes 3 we need to take the menu and click exit. Previously back button exits car tunes 2

Paid less than a year ago. Started seeing the most obnoxious ads ever. Developer wouldn't respond to emails about this. Also, deleting tracks died work, which I've communicated with developer and never was solved.

One of the things I like about my Ford Sync is the ability to say what I want to hear - this gives my phone the same functionality. Price to remove ads is very reasonable. The only thing that I really miss is the ability to play artist & genre in album order (play an album in full then go to the next album). Those of us who have a lot of albums really appreciate having them play intact.

Used to be great. Updated and now it's harder to use.

I bought the equalizer and crossfade. I'm getting ads and can't use what I paid for . Dev wouldn't do anything. I want a refund

Used to be good for shuffle but not anymore. There are 2 shuffle buttons (why?) and with either one it plays about 10-15 songs and then repeats those again in the same order. Swipe gestures are nice.

Generally works. Fast. BUT... #1 It must be able to search for multiple queries like "song x" on "album y." #2 It should be teachable if it fails to recognize a voice command. #3 Browsing the library should be setup for easy swiping, ie, use letters as a shortcut for long scrolling, or other shortcuts to cross between songs, artists, albums in a drill down. #4 Remember and resume auto play when restarting car. #5 Change the name of the app so voice assistants stop searching for "cartoons."

Better then player pro!! Keep it working like it dose now and I'll use it for ever.

Brilliant app. First choice for playing music in car or at home. When playing random tracks would be good to have the option to go to album the track was from. Otherwise very happy. Works just fine.

Have been using for years. Tried a few but this is my favourite.

Not all albums appear to be readable for some reason

Voice recognition works v well. Attractive-ish gui. Simple app that does the job.

Equalizer

Super useful for switching songs while driving. Voice search is a bit spotty, but it's understandable. Even without it, the gesture control makes this worth it. Pro tip: use Google Smart Lock to unlock your phone without a password (I use my Bluetooth headset, but NFC works too) so you don't need to look at your phone at all.

Car tunes 3 has an overall improvement above car tunes 2 but seen that some features are lost or seems not working. Not displaying album art. Showing an error occurred when opening file. Since song is getting played it may be related to album art. To exit car tunes 3 we need to take the menu and click exit. Previously back button exits car tunes 2

Love it, but I still seem to get an ad at the bottom of the screen, after purchasing a colour plugin, is that an ongoing thing?

It works better than any other audio player on Google so just shut up and buy the Equalizer or whatever to get the ads to go away so it's a yearly a lot of things we have are and really can you complain for a 1.99 a year

I use this app everyday when going to work. The new store offers a variety of nice themes and plug-ins.

It does exactly what it should. It's a music player specifically for cars. The gesture commands are easy to successfully use without taking your eyes off the road. It does a decent job of shuffling the music too. I've been using this software on my daily commute for a few years now. I don't plan on using anything else.

I got this because the Kenwood app is crap. This app works beautifully every time!

Nothing negative to say about it. It would be nice to add a feature that allows you to use the voice command "Play Next" or something similar to add a song to play in the current playlist if that is possible.

I love this app, but lately after playing a song it will play the same song again with no volume.

Awesome!! It needs some adjustments on the playlists (sorting/multiple add..) otherwise its very good !!

Brilliant..... Just perfect for the car. Voice search is good. Clear screen easy to use. Designed for safety whilst driving. just trying to work out how to make it my default player with Sat Nav

Really like the app but I have my phone connected to the car radio via the AUX connection, I have bluetooth connection from the phone to radio for calls. When I get a call the music stops but it doesn't let the phone connect with the bluetooth on the car radio, so I can't receive or make calls hands free. If this didn't happen then I'd give it 5 stars.

This app is tragically flawed. It doesn't remember what it was playing, even if you shut off the car for less than a minute. This is an essential ability for a car stereo. You should be able to pause the player, quit the app, shut off the stereo, then the car. And when you get back, perform the reverse, and not miss a beat of the music. Although this is a show stopper for me, I'm still giving it 3 stars, because, like I said, it's got potential.

If ever there's a pro version I'll buy it. Thanks again.

Used it for a good long while until I reorganised my music collection and curated it. Doesn't support gapless or replaygain, which is a bit backwards in this day and age. Otherwise I liked it.
