I Like the convenience of adding funds and being able to see the meals my kids select but I don't like not being able to set limits or restrictions on the account. My child is spending $5 or more a day on cookies and chips and I want to set a daily price limit on the app but can't ????. Also, it is not the easiest app to use. The amounts to add funds don't show, so you're basically clicking them to see their value. But then you can't scroll or add an amount until after you've selected the payment method which was very nerve wrecking until I figured it out. All in all I liked the my lunch money app better!

Please add a combined balance, if you have more than one child. Or give parents the option to move funds from multiple accounts as needed. What happens to excess funds after the school year is over?

Galaxy note 8. Will not let me add funds to my child's account. Please fix. Useless otherwise.

It's fine to know how much the meals cost, but I want to know what my son ate. This app does not tell you what your kids are eating.

Simple and easy to use and follow, the app makes it quick to see when I need to add more to my account

Since the update on January 15.. the app has not kept track of child's spending?

Love the idea, but the app keeps crashing. There needs to be clearer instructions. I didn't under that I was supposed to select one of the little rectangles beneath my child's name to choose an amount. It's not clear that you need to touch the payment method in order to scroll for other options.

I like that I don't have to send money in with my child but it is really difficult to add money to the account the buttons don't work easily. Very frustrating not to be able to but what I want to add.

It charges a fee to add money to the account when I can send a check with my child for free and it doesn't show any detail about what my child is buying just says reimburseable mean lunch or breakfast and the amount.

It doesn't always work. You need information you may not have. ☆☆☆☆ why does the app need access to your camera? Your media files? ☆☆☆☆

Latest: Something is wrong with the app and has been for a few months. When I try to select the amount to add to my child's account I can't, all of the boxes that should have amounts or "other" in them are too small to press and won't allow me to select them. When I reached out to the admin in the past they asked me to call. I work in a call center, the app needs an update. I received an email today that am update was made that activated auto pay to an old card. I've changed my password and still can't get into the app to deactivate this unauthorized update. No matter what I do it says my credentials cannot be verified.

I have a problem. When i use phone app there are no values in the amount squares. I knoe 2nd one is 30. I wanted to send a screenshot but cant figure how

Great concept, but i find the app hard to use. First off there should be a place to email instead of a phone number. Second the tabs to choose how much you want to put in sometimes dont work. I find it very difficult to get the numerical key pad to show when i want to add a higher amount.

Fees are rediculous (more than a few days of meals). There should be 1 balance per family, not individual. Waste of time and money.

All of you users complaining about the fees charged, need to speak to the county school representatives in your area. They used to charge in my kids county but a lot of people refused to use the app and complained enough, that the county and the app developers made a decision to not charge the parents the fees.

Misleading and contact methods inadequate. This app lets you add your checking account, but then doesn't let you use your checking account to fund your student's account!! I wasted time setting it up, only for the app to force me to set up my credit card - presumably so they could charge me the $1.95 to process a credit card payment - what a ripoff!! I can send a check in with my children for FREE!!!! Also, there is no way to email or text them with comments, there is only a tech service phone number, and I really don't want to call in and be put on hold just to hear some ridiculous excuse why they can't process check payments electronically. It's the 21st century for crying out loud!! The ONLY thing this app is good for us watching your student's account to make sure the credits and debits are correct!!

It doesn't allow you to add more than $40 at a time. Also, it didn't allow me to add money to both kids' accounts, which resulted on two transactions and double processing fees.

My very first time logging into the app was very difficult! I had the account information and it still didn't register. I had to go completely out and then go back in. Also, they need to make it where you can type the date of birth in...... Kind of annoying that a shortcut wasn't created either

From what I can tell there is no way to switch districts using the app. I have one kid in one district, and one another. I figured it out on the PC version, but how do you do it on the app?

App doesnt work. must have a bug. when you go to add funds, that part of the app won't let you enter an amount or choose a form of payment.

Ever since you did the last major update, I can't pay for one of my children. No matter WHO'S name I click on, only one pops up.

This is very helpful app. However every time you add fund. There is a charge of $1.95 That I did not aware of.

I like the ease of use and the simplicity however, I wish I can manually enter the amount of money that I want to deposit to my child's account. It will give me more control of what is being deposited.

This app sucks. I can get logged in, but cannot do anything.

Tried to set up an account, but it won't let me do anything after I enter a password. I'll keep sending in cash for my kids' accounts.

$2 service charge on each payment?! I could understand maybe 50 cents, its electronic payment.

After update by I can't add funds to my son's account. Useless app. Will be sending cash with my son

The app is convenient for making payments but the constant notifications are a pain in the ass and there's no way to stop them

Ok. Should make it so you can transfer funds from one kid to another. I have 2 daughters. One has money in an account she'll never use. Can't get it .

Easy to use. Didn't even realize there was an app to make this so much easier.

How long must it stay in pending deposit. Been a day. App is disappointing.
