Expense Register for Android
Features:
* Stores all daily expenses and displays them as a list for a given date.
* Automatically calculates and displays the total cost and total number of items for a date.
* Calculates the total expenses of a month or in any interval.
* Data is stored in the form of an excel file that can be copied to the PC as a backup and can be used for further analysis e.g Pie Charts, Graphs etc.
How to use:
1. Set a date by using the "Set Date" Button. By default the date is set to current date.
2. Add Items to the date by using the "Add Item" Button. The items of the date will be displayed in the form of a list.
3. In order to find the expenses in an interval or a month, just set the "From Date", "To Date" and use the "Calculate" button to get the total items and total cost of items purchased during that period.
4. You can also backup the data by saving the excel file on sd-card or on your PC. The location of excel file is: (sdcard/Expense Register/data/database.xls). Copy the file from there and save it anywhere on sdcard or PC.
Note: DO NOT remove or modify any file in the data folder or otherwise the application will not function properly. Just copy the file.
