HSN Phone Shop App

I went to the HSN Card Service section to see if it would be easy to make card payments easily using this app, and i could only see part of the page, the left side. I checked out my front settings, which i have never done anything with and i have had this Samsung for around 6 months, even though i have never had any trouble before reading any app or the internet browser. So i believe the problem lies in the app.

The HSN app used to be designed for an Android. Where when you shopped, you scrolled up and down through the items. Now, since something updated, it seems like the app is basically the desktop version where you have to scroll up down left and right to see the items. I hope they can fix this. I stopped using the HSN app because of the problem

Love hsn hate this app. Freezes, navigation just does nothing. Ads and headers too large, intrude on actual merchandise to be displayed. Can't see around popups. Not mobile friendly.

The HSN app used to be much better. Items photos are too small (just a written description doesn't make me want to buy it). I want an option to view the whole video as if I'm watching the show on TV, describing these items in detail !

More coupons to thank customers is better for repeated and earlier return of shoppers like me. HSN has been quite stingy over the last 11yrs. Kind of mean and cold.

I love HSN always very happy with what I order and have any problems with the returns. I do most all my shopping off this shopping network. Couldn't be any happier.

Very frustrating!! The app is slacking. An item I was going to order sold out due to the app being slow.. :(

I used to love this app, but now the filter buttons do not work. Nothing happens when I try to select the filter options.

The app now does not show any pictures when pressing to pull up an item. I am writing a review to encourage HSN to get the issue resolved.

When I downloaded the latest version suddenly I no longer get pics or videos of products that I select to look at. Liked it so much more before.

Real time updates, great for tracking shipments too. It is the only way I order.

Constantly freezes,which makes it impossible to shop!

I found the app frustrating. I am looking for a computer with 8 gigs of RAM. I use the filter. Yes, I did the Apply and Done buttons. It would bring up 8 gig computers but also 4 gig computers. Five times I tried the filter with same results. What is the point of the filter. I gave it two less stars. For it being inaccurate and frustration level. Will rate five stars if issue fixed.

I cannot use this app on my phone anymore (S8) It is almost like the tabs are layered and you cannot see anything clearly on the home page because everything is smushed together. I love shopping HSN so I hope it's fixed soon.

HSN is a joke. I placed an order a couple days ago and just got emails that they canceled my order because they can't prove that I am me. Unbelievable.

The app is not working correctly. The last update made the search and sort not work at all...sorting is pointless. Once it is fixed, I will give it a better review. But for now, this app sucks.

The link to the brand when you see a product had been removed, now you have to type in Search. Annoying! Still much better functionality than QVC.

HSN always has new great products. Awesome deals, flex play, and financial promotions. Been a valuable customer for years. I'd just wish they gave more coupon incentives without so many restrictions! ????????

New update sucks. Not user friendly..can't use on my phone. Items don't fit to screen size.
