DAMAGE iD is a photo-tracking service that provides web and mobile technology solutions to car rental companies. Using smartphones or tablets, rental agents follow simple steps to photograph vehicles and gas levels during checkout. Customers review the photos and are prompted to accept Collision Damage waiver. Upon return agents take new photos and flag for damage.

Damage iD provides before and after photo comparisons to help increase customer service, revenue and efficiency. Additional prompts turn the walk around into a 2nd chance to sell coverage. Photos of fuel levels take the doubt out of charging for gas. Photographic proof lets agents show, not tell, customers about damage or fuel charges. By signing off on photos, customers know they won’t be blamed for pre-existing damage.
