App is identical to the website and filled with errors. Every screen has errors and my loan amount and payment don't even show up so you can't use the app to pay and if you call to make a payment they charge you a $10 fee. You can't make garbage apps and then charge people when your products fail.

If there was a star for despised it I would have put it. This app, along with their website, is the absolute epitome of terrible and their customer service line is a joke.

(1) Move the menu button to the opposite side of the screen. Just about every app out there has it in the top left. (2) The typefaces and some buttons are a little too big, so the visual alignment seems off, and overall each page feels crowded. (3) The link to view my account's tax documents is currently broken; hopefully that's just on the app side, and not over the Web as well. (4) Why you charge a convenience fee for direct bank account payments in the app, but not online, is beyond me.
