HP GAS App

Hello there, This app is very great but as as i am trying book my gas using online payment option but its show no option only blank page please fix this issue. And one more suggestions is that give online booking option with pay online on delivery also or give card swapping machines to distributers so on delivery we can also pay through debit/credit card. Also includes cancellation order option for with some T&C

good for Nothing.. Can't Book online.. Always get error as Day End not done. please try after sometime. It has been days seeing that option. there is no support neither any FAQ page or link to fix this. This app is just to avoid issues from govt. Consumer Court should be informed.ed about it..

I used to book refill using post pay option however this time I used online pay option and I paid 667 rupees for my refill cylinder however, it is not showing in my refill history or gas agency doesn't have any information on my refill booking. But the amount is removed from my bank account. Admin look into this and let me know how do I get refund. Also please have a field set up to raise a complaints on the app.

For heaven's sake will you people please rectify this app else remove this from playstore! When trying to book cylinder through app now getting the message "Failed to update database 'HPGASDB' because the database is read only". Can't understand who developed/tested this app. A writable database for allowing booking data to be written is pretty basic knowledge. But then again I wonder if you people ever bother to read the feedbacks!!

As government supports cashless, promoting with 5Rs off if payment through online. Got bill for Rs592, amount deducted from mu a/c Rs 597.92. Hehehe... Became vice versa. Nice app payment gateway.. Need to test the app before deployment, has lots of bugs. In the app there is no way to see the payment details.

There is no complaints or conplaints tracking page, i tried to book cylinder online, after payment, its not redirecyed to hp gas and money simply reduced no refund, tried to register complaint, but there is no proper tracking system.. pages itself not loading .... Really bad service by govt.

Every time I select to book refill online iy throws an error : Day-End not done. Please try after some time. Not sure what does this mean? Also why one would pay Rs. 7 more for online payment when government is inventively digital payments?

I booked my booking with 5 Rs instant discount, but in final payment no discount provided and msg shows for confirmation with payment of 5 rs less. Where is my 5rs. Bookinh amouny 585rs and paid 585rs and success msg shows u paid 580rs. Booking reference no:315024

Online Payment not accepting, no monitoring by HP gas quality team related to app issues and customer rating, third class zero value and knowledge developer...

App is not allowing me to login though credentials given were correct. I was able to login on their website using the same credentials. Needs lot of improvement. Always complains server not available. Worst app

Fake app....since last 5 month only showing day end not done. Bullshit .. total time waste. HP don't have professionals to remove this errors.

Online booking problem solved. Thank You. But another problem is we can not see our past booking history or oder history, it shows incorrectly. Kindly do a needful steps asap.

Online payment service is not working properly ( always giving a massage like end of date is not done , please try after some time ) & loge complaint option is not available.

I tried registering in the site and got object reference not set to an instance, tried after sometime and it says user already registered.. but I did not receive any confirmation mail. So tried the forgot password route and now it says the username which is my email ID does not exist.. it wasted my time.. thoroughly disappointed

Why all govt or semi-govt app sucks!? I tried many times to install nd login this app but no use. Everytime it has issues. "Server not responding". Why developed such cheap app or is there any fraud behind this too?

Old virision was better HP people do not respond unless complaint on complaint boards why we should pay advance and no garenty of subsidy credited

Consuming lot of time to load. You Guys why you will play with our valuable time by creating these kind of blunder applications... Hated it...

Worst app. Password and user ID both won't work and every new email will have new password.

Server is not working properly.... If you clear the issues it will be very helpful for us... Now it is a worst application. Please fix the bugs and clear them soon....

Payment issue and app takemore time to open..no option to edit profile data..online payment link doesn't work..

Very Bad Application And Bad Services. I have order two days ago but no msg or no mail and dealer says not book your order then return to 30 kms to me. Only Response very well on charges phone calls.

I will give you a five star provided u solve my problem. I have got my address updated with my local distributor but in app it still shows my new address. Also it takes hell loads of time to load the content. Kindly update the same. Great and Hassel free app

Tried paying online and page got abruptly closed. After that not able to make payment as it says previous attempt yet to be verified, please try after few hours(!!). And I waited for days, it's still shows same. I had to book thru IVR finally. :(

Waste of time. There is no option for online payment and no contact no.of distributor. No complain option.

Again an major error while pay online. Server not responds.

1.Online payment was unsuccessful for first time. 2. App. should be easily logged in as well as easy online payment.

Whenever I am trying to login the message flashes server not responding. Try again later. The server has not been responding for the past st 2 months. Unable to book cylinder through mobile application. I have book the cylinder derived online through the website site and then I have call the dealer to it forms them about my booking.

I created my user id pass word but after repeated attempt to log in through hp apps it is always saying server not responding please help.for last one month it is happening

App has many Negative points... No option to edit consumer profile.. No option to Attach Adhar Card No. Or edit any other details... Only book facility available. Need so much improvement.

It worked on refill booking online payment but it was slow, need more work to be done on this app then i can give 5 stars.

totally lame interface.....buggy n damn slow...wats d point of showing a web version of payment page...wen it can be built natively

We lose our money early. We expect it will thrown the delivery boys commission. but....still it shows again a government company

Add payment options to app, through Mobile wallet and options for complaint registration and tracking of complaint status

My online order placed successfully. But it almost takes 2 to 3 days to confirm payment. It should be instant. And If we book manually by going at store,then we will get cylinder within 1day. So please improve your sysTem. Then only online transactions will increase.
