Titan Juxt for Android
I bought the watch 1 yr back. Now I cannot connect with the new phone. Though Bluetooth and location services are ON still cannot connect. No reaction from the manufacturer. Really pathetic which u cannot expect from titan... I tried googling and error n trial method.. got a solution hope it works... It worked...I did a factory manually reset of the watch...then connected and setup from scratch.... It worked... Thanks

All the features of this watch works. It reconnect well. I take my watch off several times a day. Battery life is a couple of days, I got it down to 63% in 3 days of use. I got mine on a one day sale at Frys for $29.99 + tax. Price is still $39.99 as of today!
Tried connecting the watch and app a hundred times on my new phone, both never got connected. Buying Juxt is like throwing money into water and gifting it to someone is like making them your enemy, as everyone is hating it.
Worst watch from Titan. I took it to service center as battery was getting drained in less than 10 Hrs. Service kept the watch for 3 weeks and claimed that they have replaced the battery. Now analogue dial part of the watch has also stopped. Never expected such a poor watch from Titan.
One of the most worst product, supper slow service and the Titan Juxt app I better don't comment on it. It's not even worth copy watches which u get in gray market.
Useless such product. Have bad experiences throughout the year. Now one more problem. Battery draining very fast. And drained almost in 18hrs use.
Watch is very gud luking ... But the HP app is very average types ... Also the watch doesn't Glow it just vibrates when the notification comes ... This is bit annoying
Battery completely drains in few minutes. Intermittent connectivity issues. Pathetic.
Not able to connect my watch with the phone device..only message displayed is unable to connect..titan should think of replacing all watches with the pro ones...with compensation for all the trouble!!
Now there are no issues of connecting and not connecting cause in this new, so called updated version of app. I simply not been able to login.
Although the app can find this watch from either my old Samsung S4 or new Samsung S8, attempting to connect invariably fails with "could not connect" after I enter in the PIN to the app that the watch generated. Uninstalling/clearing data/resetting watch does nothing. It just does not work at all. It seems many others experience this but there is no support data to help. Very disappointing. The watch was a gift so I cannot return it.

The time is correct but the dial is slow. The service centre has no clue....can someone help
Wrost app, unable to connect with my phone, I don't know why I am calling it as smart phone as it is not connecting with my phone. Team Titan/HP please respond

With this update there is no issue with the Bluetooth connectivity of the watch and mobile. And,make an security app for the titan juxt. As similar to titan juxt pro.
The new version of the app doesnt connect to the watch. Whats the use of having a smart watch if it doesnt connect
Titan is not just bothered to reply to its customers who are facing pairing issue of the watch with the app.

I dont know to say if it works fine or ok....because it shows all notifications (selected) as soon as they arrive. But display lights up with 1-2 seconds delay. Do not cover many apps like Keep, Clock (alarms), etc. Should update it. But otherwise its one of the best looking watch and does what is important. Need updates!
I bought this watch when it was launched last year. Quite disappointed by the app. Which keeps hanging and does not pair immediately. Some effort is needed to pair the watch. Though the way home is well made, the app is shabby job. I am sure TATA's would not be proud of this app by HP. App management is a dynamic process and HP is not upto the mark on this count.
Connects great out of the box. After initial set up, my phone died. Then the Titan watch refused to connect. We had to reconnect and set it up as if out of the box new in order to get it to pair back up. Seems like if for whatever reason the phone and the watch get disconnected, you have to reset the watch to factory and forget the device in the Titan app then set up as a new device. It gets really annoying. Not impressed, to say the least.
Fixed disconnect issues by removing the Titan app from battery optimization. If the Titan app is optimized, it will disconnect Still: 1 ) No "leash" feature to notify when you are leaving your phone behind. 2) No "find phone" feature. 3) No stopwatch.
It's worse ever product, I have used.. I am an early adopter of technology and let me tell you, Titan is not in a business of smart watches and should not even think about it.. it's been almost an year with Titan Just and I am using it as a normal watch.. thought being a Tata company they would improve on smart features down the line.. but it's still the same.. Guys, you are giving a bad name to Tatas..
Even with phone in the pocket, the watch keeps disconnecting and hence we miss updates. What's the point if i have to keep checking the phone every 30 mins.... Piece of Junk.... Please dnt waste 20K.. Far better products available...
This my second Titan watch, the first was replaced by HP. Watch connects perfectly on the first out of the box try, but once the watch and phone disconnect for whatever reason, it will not reconnect again. Even uninstalling and reinstalling is a waste of time. It will not reconnect even with 100% charge and the watch connect to power. My phone is a Nexus 6p with Android 6. Last time I ever buy an HP 'me too' product.
I've been getting update notifications for the past week but no instructions in how to download and install them as everytime I click it nothing happens and it's ruined the battery life of the watch! Please help as now it doesn't connect anymore!
The experience on iphone was very good, never disconnected and battery lasted 4-5 days. But this sucks on any android phone, keeps disconnecting and drains the battery in a day. An Absolute waste. Any other smartwatch is a much better option.
1. Bluetooth always on (buggy) 2. No day & date display 3. Incoming call reject & silence 4. Auto re-pair is a mess 5. Weather display 6. ..... It's more then 2 months from previous update and still no update for general issues fix. Firmware doesn't start downloading! Help???
I simply didnt know why I bought it! It has given me enough trouble. Titan has replaced my juxt as it had charging problems. I am simply using it like any other watch.wasting 2ok on this!!
The Titan Juxt does not live up to expectations created by HP & Titan who are strong brands in their categories. The smartwatch lacks basic functions like date-display and call-rejection. The battery life of the smart-display is unpredictable and dies in a day sometimes. It does not always reconnect automatically with the phone. The list of woes goes on... The famed Titan service is unable to cope, they promise to call back but never do, maybe because of lack of knowledge. Buggy product, poor support.
I wanted a watch which just shows me notifications. Smartwatch are not smart and lost the watch quotient. It's perfect and obviate the need of carrying mobile phone whilst waking around in the office.

Watch will not connect with phone. Even cannot be traced by phone. Had issues with the analogue as well. Two time serviced for the same reason and second time they sent back without even repairing. I am using gear s3 now and using this as dumb watch. Well if it does not connect with the phone after spending so much money, I cannot call it smart.
