The HP Latex Mobile App provides remote monitoring capabilities for your HP Latex printers:
- Printer Status: Know the status of your printer while you're away from it, staying abreast of consumables levels.
- Job Status: Remotely track jobs through completion and monitor them by date in the job history.
- Alerts: Rely on alerts to tell you when attention is needed (Out of supplies, Substrate path, Printer not ready).
- Metrics: Understand your operational performance over a period of time and make the right decisions with the data provided (tablet version only).
This app is compatible with the HP Latex 300, 500, 1500, and 3000 printer series.
Internet connectivity is required. Please review the minimum firmware requirements inside the app.

When i initially installed it, it worked great. Recently it has not been updating job status, or ink and substrates used. Meaning my monthly reports will be useless. I have uninstalled and installed again and still not working. Please advise on how to fix this issue

Perpetual problem with an app. Data is sent to HP for collection but not us. Dates and registration are correct, yet app still presents an error. If we can't see the printer data remotely, neither will HP. Disabled data sharing until app becomes something a little more then a quantity of useless bytes.

Only reason I didn't 5 star was because I want to be able to send jobs from this app as well. Even if it was just reprinting jobs that are already in its history.

Worked ok at first, but then stopped updating. Best option is to just log onto the printers IP address and keep up with the printer there.

Need lastest firmware in the printer (04_10.2) to enable remote monitoring with the app.

Had to upgrade my Latex 360 with the recently published FW. Works great!

It won't even open. As big as hp is they should be able to fix it. I guess the bigger the company the less they care about the little guys.
