Love the watch! Had a little problem, called hp an resolved immediately.

I love this watch. Im not allowed to have my phone on display at work but this keeps me connected with out anyone knowing.

It keeps trying to separate from the app,

It will disconnect all the time and pairing it again is useless. Ive had this watch for 2 months and have only been able to use it 3 times

It keeps disconnecting from my phone and doesn't stay charged long. Plus, keeps saying it needs to update but it will not download. Pretty watch but waste of money for how much it costs!

This is one sorry watch, it will not connect to phone and stay there. Cost to much money for it to be this sorry, talked to someone several time will not take back. Save your money and don't purchase.

The step tracker is wildly inaccurate.

My watch sucks wont keep connection with my phone tried every trouble shooting it doesn't work

Love the watch, but having trouble charging and keeping charge longer than 24 hours. New charging unit just arrived as this has apparently been problem for many. Great features, but if watch does not keep working after this new charger, will send back. Too expensive to keep if it does not work. Will give this new charger a chance.

Yes I do love the watch. But it is a little LARGE on my wrist. And heavy. I'll just have to get used to that. Haven't had any phone call yet for it to let me know while I was wearing it. It does keep track of steps. I'm glad I have it.

Keep receiving firmware prompts but no way to update. AMS prompt is ever present even when watch is not paired. Irritating more than functionally unsavvy.

I keep having connectivity problems?

Love the watch will not stay connected can't text or talk like you can on a gear wish I could get a silver band

I loved this watch! It is beautiful and not at all boxy like the other smart watches. It worked well but after owning it for two months it stopped connecting to my phone. I have done everything it says to connect it but it just doesn't work anymore. My new software update on my phone probably did it and hp hasn't caught up...? I can't send it back anymore either since too much time had gone by...only three months but still too long. Bad deal! :-(

The watch keeps disconnecting from the phone & goes blank. This happens daily & sometimes more then once a day. This needs to be addressed as I'm not the only 1 it's happening to. I love the look & features of the watch but if it doesn't stay connected it doesn't work.

Watch will not stay connected to the phone.

The watch is chucky but really beautiful! It was easy to set up except at first it couldn't find the program I purchased the watch to work with. There is no way to "help" it find what you are looking for. The watch would occasionally lose its connection even though my phone was sitting nect to me. Sometimes it would reconnect easily and others it took some effort. The watch also did not keep a charge longer than about a day. One day after about 3 weeks it just died and would not recharge. I returned it.

I love my Isaac Mizrahi smartwatch. It looks just like a watch. It has hands which tell the time, even if I forget to charge my watch. When it is charged it buzzes and tells me someone is calling or texting. Personally I turn off the email notifications and turn other notifications ON, but then only tick uber. I love it that my watch buzzes and says "your uber is arriving"

It makes a wonderful gift for the woman in your life who loves style. She will thank you for it!
