HP ePrint

The app struggles to connect to my printer and only does so on occasion. But then everything does. My top of the line HP printer is terrible. My last one worked better. I WILL NEVER BUY HP AGAIN!

This is one of the most useful and convenient apps I have considering most things are on line via email these days. It's a must have app along with the HP mobil print apps.

Needed to print from my phone tryed other apps with no luck downloaded this and worked strieght away very easy to use perfect A+

I love this app Because it prints my pictures out pretty good.

Tried to print photos from my android phone,it only printed to A4 paper ,with no options to print to photo paper

No HP Officejet 100 Bluetooth printing aupport, third party apps work.

This is the best printing app....I browsed through other printing app s ...But was not successful...This app won my heart...Pls install

Don't get this app if you want it to prompt the printer to scan . You also must have an account with HP before it will print

Apps got so bad can't even update it now, just fails with Error Code: -11. Every time I try and print multiple pages with the previous version, it fails with an "Ooops! We were unable to complete the print request". HP seriously need to sort out the bugs.

Only one star because I'm going to have to install it. Works brilliantly, but way to big for phone. Please allow moving to SD card. Not everyone has the memory to spare :-(

I had this app for several years. No problem. Great. Allowed Samsung update and haven't been able to print since. I get a variety of reasons for: Spool error, no paper and printer blocked.....Grrr Please fix these issues.

Is this app only for Photos.... I think HP is also not sure. If it is then please give the app title as.... HP photo print. WHEN YOU USE THE APP... THEY FILE OPTION OF DOCUMENT PRINT... And for HP... ONLY.... Pdf files are docs. Rest all files are irrelevant. Word, excel... None is considered. Then HP has one more app... In that one will take ages to find the file and then take a print. HP.... Please hire some good app maker, its not that expensive. But please look into the apps that your provide on android play store. And also if your apps do support your manufactured Hardware. Please. Please.

This app worked perfectly for the first year. I was able to print stuff of the intetnet. Mainly recipes. Then came the update that messed it all up. And they keep coming. With every update I hope that the problem gets fixed but so far no luck.

Well, I knew better than to let it update. The 9/8/'17 downgrade just crashes on starting up. I uninstalled it. It won't reinstall. Had to try again with the factory version of Google Play Store to find out that the Package File is corrupt. (The current crappy version of the Play Store returns error code -11.) Use Microtech's eprint for webpages or Print Hammermill for webpages and everything else.

Usually a five star app, but recently there's a problem. My printer is connected to the same network as my phone, but the app won't detect my printer. It just keeps 'searching' and eventually tells me there is no printer connected. My PC detects my printer on the network, as does the other HP app - just not this one. Absolutely 5 starts when the app works...

Has never managed to print a document properly, but now the printer just feeds through blank sheets of paper. Utter rubbish!

Looks polished on the surface but scan sizes are bloated. I can scan docs at similar resolutions (200dpi) and save them at 3.5x smaller including OCR. Also prints of photos can only be blown across a whole page. I expect much better from a corporation of HP's calibre.

I really detest the fact that there are no settings. The default is color printing vs black and white. I do like the page removal aspect check marks. Quick and easy to use. Settings though!

I'm no longer able to link my Dropbox which was the only reason I used this to begin with it just gives me an error that the operation could not be performed I've already uninstalled and reinstalled both apps removed and reacted permissions and cleared data but it's still happening

Since update: prints pages 3/4 through then stops. Have to restart several times for the same single page. Waste of paper and ink each time! As a lifetime customer with HP i expect much, much more in terms of innovation and user experience, like many of us do. A LOT of people are complaining since updates. I'm seriously thinking about switching to competition now after years if being a loyal customer.

Randomly stops printing. Send a file to the printer, starts printing, randomly decides its finished and stops printing. Most recent example: sent 50 page pdf to print; printed 8 pages, stopped and gave me a notification it had "completed". (Same issue with 3, 10, and 20 page documents) Really good if you only print one page. Wildly unreliable for more than one page.

Rubbish app for printing from your phone. What's the point of having edit if there's nothing you can change... I. e. Paper quality type and size? If all you want to do is print A4 on normal paper this app is for you.

I can't seem to print my photos in specific sizes with my HP Envy printer. The app let's you crop to a specific ratio (ie 4x6, 5x7 etc) but it won't let you print in 4"x6"and the output photo is always too large. Pretty useless for printing photos. I hope HP releases an update to fix this soon.

This problem take to much time this is supposed to be a time saver it is a time consumer. Sometimes it will not print at all too glitchy fix it please or we will soon be a canon household instead of an HP home. this app requires me to get an activation code every time I use it why won't they fix this app?

Doesn't work at all with Google's two factor authentication! Useless without it unless you run on the unsecure side of things.

Would be nice that you could set defaults for printer. Everytime I print something, I must change color to black, quality to draft, occasionally change photo to document, etc.

When I click 4" ×6" for a photo print it still prints A4!!!!! Waste of time and ink, do you not know what the measurements are?????? Really irritated
