Have to press too many button to get connected. Also it effects the audio in my Samsung s5 .

It doesnt work anymore. It was working but now it says "device login failed" on the app.

Very poor app was good at first getting very poor now. Cant view via wi fi or through phones data. Complained about this before but nothing has been done. Can u please fix this problem thanks

Wish I could give it 0 stars. Installed, it worked, then randomly less than a week later will not work on my phone at all even on my home WiFi. Can't view anything when not on home WiFi and now this. JUNK!!! Don't bother.

Crashes every time I try to connect the cameras. Worked once, so I know setup details are OK. Uninstalled, reinstalled, still crashing on S6.

Still jumps an hour off when going to a specific time, but better than the random jump it used to have. Image quality selection is great.

Pls fix .was a good star 5 but now I can't connect from my mobile Internet

Need to update the server , it drops out to much. For an engineer it can be frustrating to install then have to revisit to re connect.

While most other apps work, this one seems to have connection issues. Always having the same message "unable to connect."

It's rerouting external speaker into internal head speaker. After time i can't hear my phone cause its ringing on internal. Fix this issue

It worked OK. But all the sound on my phone (Ht7pro) went really quiet. Phone ring tone, messages and videos. So had to uninstall this app. Then I got full volume sounds back on my phone. Very strange.

Been using it for some time now. Remote video playback, time selection is 1 hour out. For example if you want view footage from 2 o/clock, you need to select 1 o/clock. So always select an hour before the time you want.... The audio comes through the ear piece rather than the speaker.... Which means I have to put the phone to ear but than I cannot see the video.

Live monitoring not reallly live mins behind and a better ptz control would be nice

Use it all the time for quick access to view my business! Never let me down.

Running Samsung S5 and when app is running nothing rings. And same issue as others live viewing is over a minute behind. Other then that app runs fairly smooth.

Doesn't work just blank camera screens

Since the recent update after viewing cam on my mobile I get "video loss" message with cameras cutting out, I have removed dsl link cable and works fine again. All worked well before the update. Please fix.

App itself is fine, but since downloading had problems with the sound on my phone. Some days it fine, other days really quiet even when its fill volume. My dad downloaded this too and ever since he's had no sound at all!!

When installed on Samsung note 4 and note 5 the phone volume does not work properly had to uninstall the app so the phone will work properly.

I am using samsung glaxy e5 mobile. Earlier app was running wel but after update of my phone to 'lolipop' version, app is crashing every time.I am very disappointed.
