Oblique Strategies

A simple and clean interface, but having to select a language each time you draw a card is undesirable. The option to create new cards would be nice, and the cards themselves could be larger. Thank you.

Invite the chance element into your project, "pick a card" and get some third-party perspective from a legendary producer/professor. Useful well beyond the recording studio; it's like having Eno on your shoulder.

Was introduced to this at ReaderCon & love it-psyched to have it on my 'Droid (& will be sharing it w/NaNoWriMo in November!)

A nice implementation if the old Eno idea. The cards work like the I Ching, by triggering thought processes.

My girlfriend is also a designer/creative pro, and English is her second language, Spanish is her first. I've told her about the Oblique Strategies before - being able to look at them in Spanish or English is pretty cool for her.

I like that you can scroll through the cards and refer back to one that you've already seen. I might install the version with the randomizer for when I want a different feel.
