Houzz Interior Design Ideas

There is a thin line between apps that give u its all and those that hold back thinking they have room to make money that way. Sadly they lose. Houzz is a terrific app that gives u so much more than u can imagine. Making ur own personal ideabook has allowed me to gradually breathe life into my dream house. Love you Houzz!!!

One feature I like is being able to hold down on a picture and seeing "more from this project" option. I like this feature because sometimes I want to see an alternative point of view or want to discover what's in the next room to the one featured. In the past I always had to regoogle the design etc. To get the same info. One aspect that might benefit other curious DIY designers is having room dimensions or perhaps a bird's eye view of some of the rooms. Food for thought: it would also be interesting if people could merge home design boards from Pinterest with Houzz boards. That way all of our daydream plans could be located in one place? Overall a super app!

The app itself may be fine, but it is impossible to turn off all the email spam it is generating. I had immediately set my profile to receive no Communications. By the next day I had three emails. I used the unsubscribe function on the emails. Twice. I still get emails. They are now being reported to my email provider as spam. I am uninstalling this and will never touch it again.

That's a lot of house design app and there's Houzz. No one even comes close in terms of class, variety, inspiring work that shows REALLY well thought artistic design of professional. Be it aesthetic and/or functional, Houzz is the ONLY one on top,bar none.

Great prices, lots of choices. I've not ordered yet, so have no customer service experience, but it's been a great place to start my search on the first of several major projects.

I am addicted to Houzz. I give it 4 stars rather than 5 only because it is sometimes more difficult than it should be to find things.

I have no sense of decor and limited time for shopping and looking. This allows me to do both from my home. Indispensable for remodeling!

App keeps spamming your email constantly, unsubscribing doesn't seem to do anything!!!

For some reason I cannot edit my ideabooks anymore. It makes me delete 1 picture at a time and I can't change the cover photo. Please fix and I will rate it a 5

If you don't live in a tent, or a yurt, it is a great app.

I have a mid-70s ranch house and updating for functionality, energy savings, and aesthetics, is constantly on my mind. The photographs are inspiring and articles helpful.
