I second the notion. Every time I try to log in, it says 'Bad Network Connection'. Please fix. Can't get good ratings if I can't access it.

I love, love, love this app. I was able to screen tenants on site. I screened my applicants on the property and got them to sign a lease within 2 hours of holding an open house. Usually, this takes at least 3 weeks. The UI takes a little getting used to, but it's very functional.

Easy to sign up with Facebook and I don't have to remember any passwords. The flow worked quick and my tenant just sent me my first report. The process was fast and easy.

Bug in UI changes applicant's birth date by one month (eg, March -->Feb). No way to save & reuse rental location info. Would be nice to have way to test app so landlord can see what he'll get back and/or what applicants will have to deal with. IMPORTANT: no error message to landlord if applicant gives you a bad email address - applicant thinks you're blowing them off when they're the ones who screwed up!

Already have an account on the website. Tried to login using that account, message pop up saying connective issues. Try creating new profile, same error. All while having no issues browsing the web.

Every time I try to log into my account, it tells me there is a network error. No matter if I'm on wifi or mobile data. What good is having an app I can't use???
