The growing number of Rideshare incidents has created the need for established service standards for the Rideshare industry.
The online NRC Registry tracks Rideshare incidents for Drivers, Riders, and TNC’s (Transportation Network Company AKA Rideshare Company) to maintain service level accountability for the Rideshare Industry based on the C.A.S.E.™ Standards. The C.A.S.E.™ Standards evaluates the Rideshare level of service based on: Customer Service, Convenience, Affordability, Safety, and Efficiency.
