Home Valuation

This app is intended for use by Indian customers only as it currently caters only to the Indian Tax laws. In its current for, the app allows the user to calculate the EMI, the tax savings as a result of section 24(b) and 80c as well as the total cash outflow. In addition, a EMI schedule and year wise calculation sheet are generated and saved under /Downloads/HomeValuation. The user can also choose to share these files (email does not work currently). These files are in a csv format and can be opened in excel easily for further analysis.
