If you have ever been at all interested in the Hot Yoga Doctor materials, this is the perfect "starter" pack. I actually do another type of hot yoga (Hot Yatra) at a studio, but the information in the app is still so useful. Most importantly for me, it guides me (safely) through a home practice (where I don't have verbal cues from my instructor). Wonderful (and gorgeous) app!

I love that the app gives you a lot of options for classes to for your schedule. Also great for people Who are visual learners as the photos better illustrate the poses compared to just listening to the dialogue of the teacher in class.
