Hotwire Hotel & Car Rental App

I used to love this app and used it almost exclusively. I've rented an absurd amount of hotels using this app but lately Hotwire has become unpredictable and unreliable. Listed Amenities and hotel also can't be trusted anymore. It's very common for the hotel to give hotwire customers the least desirable rooms possible. After back-to-back mistakes I'll use a different more reliable booking service

They show you brand hotels as options and when you book they give you a motel for more for what they charge you upfront in the desk. Terrible customer service, never again..

Cheap prices, sometimes I like the mystery of which hotel I will end up with. I like how they offer the prices with the hotel name if you don't want a hot price. I like how you can filter by the number of guest recommendations to help decide.

Hotwire is terrible. I used this app to book a rental car and when I got to the agency, they had no cars for me. Customer service is in India and are not helpful at all. It turns out they don't actually book things for you, and they show you "deals" the don't exist. DO NOT USE HOTWIRE

Doesn't tell you the hotel when you get the hot deals until after you book. Not many Rewards. Not many deals. No refunds no changes. I'm just not too sure about this app

Hidden fees make "deals" more expensive in the end and if you find out the hotel you got after paying hundreds of dollars has bed bugs and maggots, you're out of luck because customer service does not care about you.

Can't print confirmations! What kind of travel app doesn't allow you to print confirmations??? Are they nuts??? ONE STAR!!!!

I live an hour from Dallas,Tx and my wife and I like to go there for one night of fun sometimes. I wish I could set up an email alert that tells me on Wednesday what deals exist for that Friday. This would allow me to impulse book a trip for a night on the town in Dallas with a safe place to rest our heads. It would be even better if Neighborhood, Star rating and Max price could be baked in to the alert. Just an idea. Everything else you have going on here is great.

The app is not user friendly. Checked for my itinerary and was sent to the website. Then from website to my email. If that is the case why download the app? Don't make sense to me.

Hotwire showed there would be no resort fees ($35) prior to booking, then confirmation showed it. I called them and rep replied too bad, not their fault they showed no resort fees, blame the hotel. I tried to cancel but they wouldn't allow. SHADY COMPANY

App almost never works, "try again", like 100 times and you still won't get the hotel. Garbage

Don't get hot rate hotels if plans change you loose your money and travel program is a waste of money

The trip insurance is a scam! A immediate family member must be in a hospital to cancel or a natural disaster.

Ruined our Family Vacation by reporting incorrect policy info from Hertz.

Their site continuously made me refresh each time I refreshed my site it charged my card. I didn't know they were charging until I was on my way out of town. Now I have to wait upto 15 days to be refunded over almost 400 dollars. When the site says it is not charging your card it is! Then when you call customer support they run your card when you think it safer and they charge your card again! Do not trust this company.

One of the worst web I have ever seen in my life. Gave a call to cancel hotel reservation and the guy Jack working in their cancel my rental car reservation and now they are not giving me the same rate and car. Don't book anything in here, its a big loss .no star in here

App uses push notifications for promos that don't even work. Was all ready to book a hotel after an ad popped up, but the promo wasn't even valid. The very definition of false advertising. They lost my business over it.

Your app told me to pick another date or another trip. With as many car rental places in DALLAS, Tx. There is no reason it should've found a car to rent. Especially when I've checked other sights and have found multiple cars.

This app can not sign in as a diffarent country e-mail address. Ofcourse I can sign in on the web.
