The overall experience was pretty poor. Firstly, The UI is not very appealing. The contacts take years to load. The call experience was even worse. Pixelated videos, lots of audio issues even on a high speed internet, no chat feature which is so important, no recording feature, no option to even set a profile picture and no option to sign out from the app. Skype wayyyyy more convenient!
