This app was complete BS. There is no cancellation and even if they make an exception for you they credit your hotel tonight account instead of refunding your payment method. You can't even pick which room you need in advance, they let the hotel choose the room type for you. They basically trap people into downloading and using their app which is complete fraud. I will NEVER use this app again and I encourage you all to do the same!!!

First of all the hotels they have deals with are still overpriced. I booked a hotel on the fly, because the commute home would be far too long. Got to the hotel and they said I couldn't check in because it was past midnight. The hotel was very nice and refunded the money back to hotel tonight. Then hotel tonight wouldn't refund my money back to bank. Saying it would stay as a credit towards my next hotel booking. Why would I use an app called hotel tonight... When I tried to book a hotel... Tonight... And couldn't get a room! It's ridiculous. Still trying to get my money back I to my bank account because I will never book with this app again!

It used to have great prices until they allowed it to go past one week booking. Now it works different and it doesnt have the same discounts. Too bad because I used to use it regularly.

Unreliable. Arrived at Baymont Inn Sarasota Feb 17 and was told reservation made Feb 15 did not exist. I showed receipt on my phone. Was not offered equivalent room, only a $50 credit by HT. Nothing available even in nearby cities for less than $250. Had to drive home 2.5 hours, 172 miles. Entire 3-day weekend ruined. Hotels do not respect HT prepaid reservations. You might get stranded like I did.
