The website has far more information than the App. It appears like the App is geared towards rating hotels. I'm looking to rent an Apartment in Hamilton, ON and the APP shows only about 30 or so reports that come up under Reports when you sort by the City with majority of the reports being hotels. The website is more user friendly and shows all the reportd made by residents. I think the website and the app have to be linked properly for all the reports to show up. Lot of work needs to be done on the App before it could be recommended to others.

All I get when I input a motel name on my phone is "loading" - not really efficient! I unstalled the app after 15 minutes of trying...

App's ads blocked search info field. Had difficulty typing in information because it was blocked by app's ads. After going back and forth the site crashed on first time use!! Uninstalled.

Crashed repeatedly, ads poorly placed on screen, have to use the back button after entering locations since the check button does nothing and the keyboard covers the enter button. Map would not respond.

For this app to be effective people will have to upload and share information if and when they encounter bed bugs in their travels. Also users should inform others of this app thereby the information base will increase when people share information. The United States reports don't load, causing my phone to freeze.

It seems a lot of places that had bedbugs reported on the bedbug registry site does not show up in the app

Also users should inform others of this app thereby the information base will increase when people3 share information. The United States reports don't load, causing my phone to freeze. It's long overdue for this app to be updated, it's excellent as it is however it could be even better. Patiently waiting for this app to be updated.
