I wouldn't say it sucks it sure makes life easier. It is good to know that I'm not the only one that has a problem with the check in call button. They really need to get that fixed everything else seems to work fine.

It's obvious you're aware of the problem with the check call a verification notice that it has been sent would be helpful one other thing that would make this app more useful and user-friendly would be to be able to select multiple pictures instead of one at a time when inserting them and that the app have the ability to turn the flash on

The app sucks input inspection and check calls and never seems to get to office or office can't seem To update there end

I'm about to go to horizon. Big rig trucking is dying. Gotta look out for the family.

Fairly intuitive, but once you understand how things work it works very well.

It has its issues but I like it overall

This is a tool for the company to manipulate the drivers. There is NO advantage for us. If it was for the driver, the newest loads would appear at the top of the list. it malfunctions constantly. We Can no longer view pay records or load history beyond 1 year. It SUCKS and i will be leaving soon.

Could have made a really great app but all that was done was the driver area of the website was basically made mobile friendly and driver updates added. Had it at a 3 and was looking promising however now the app is down almost as much as it works. Check call function works 50% of the time. It constantly tells me I need a stronger data signal toning in even though I am at full strength with Verizon. Horizon needs to ask for a refund from the developer.

The app works fine for me. I would like to print off of the drivers resource link and I don't seem to be able to.

When it works it's nice. Like to see CSA score's posted and violations

Keep updating it to make it better. Allow "Load Board to be searchable by miles: low to high, or type in mile range. Add hyperlinks so addresses open Google Maps & phone numbers make calls. When you view all loads, have the info the dealers ask for: type of unit, COD amount, and VIN also info that pertains to us: miles, pay per mile, and total pay. Add a tutorial of proper procedure of handling a COD load/payment.

I do not use a smart phone and the app will not work on my tablet even though it Is new has gps and is current android. The app did work a couple of weeks then it stopped working. Horizon says it has bugs in the app but has not fixed it after 3 months. I prefer my laptop with its larger screen anyway. Give me back the old reliable ADS and I like using the eclipse logs on my laptop.

Love this app...Thanks Horizon! Only slight issue with making a check call....You must have good service to get it to go through. Otherwise it is perfect!

This is way more convenient than the ADS system we had for booking in the past which I love. Wish location services was not necessary to use the app but understand its nice to keep track of us for check calls. Overall the app is great and small improvements will make it even better!

Great App! Makes Job And Life Easier! Would Like To Get A Log Book For Android Uses As Well! Shouldn't Have To Carry A Bulky Laptop And Printer For Log Book Use Only! With A Phone, All Apps And Log Book On One And With A Small WiFi Printer, Set Up As A Hotspot On A Phone, Would Be Great! One Device For All!

Would like to see the ability to upload COD checks directly (like banks allow) or a feature that shows the check is mailed with tracking.

My husband loves being able to do this on his phone instead of computer now. Makes things easier and more convenient

Excellent app. I would like to be able to request an advance on the app when a pick up is made.

I suggest a logout and a message button to be added to the menu screen other than that the app is great.

It would be so great if the addresses on the dispatch pickup and delivery were links that opened navigation, and the load board could be at the top of the list instead of the bottom because I'm pretty sure that is the most accessed

Need to make it easier to take a picture. We're not sitting at a desk when we take a picture. Should be able to just snap a picture and send it. I've received email saying no black border, I can't tell there is a black border. Also needs a feedback button in the app. Won't let me enter a maintenance report.

This app can and could be so much more. Stop logging me out for one. Implement KeepTruckin Logs into the app and also consider a link to chat with dispatchers or someone that will actually answer emails or questions. Direct phone links in the app to call dispatch. A hold option so while your calling for a load someone doesn't get it from you.
