Downloaded it today and tried to register 3x and it would never complete the registration process and then it would just freeze. You couldn't even leave the page. Not a good app at all. Maybe you all need to do some more testing both on registering with and without your ID.

This app has almost 0% useful information regarding your policy. Constantly crashes. Unable to process your request now errors and signed me out after a certain amount of time even though i was actively scrolling/clicking through the info i managed to find after a misguided search. I never rate apps but this is the biggest waste of time and phone memory.

Useless. For two days no matter what function I try I get an error message saying they're experiencing "technical difficulties" and to "try again later." Two days!

Have tried this app for several months now, didn't work before update, doesn't work now. Stays on initializing screen & will not load. If it does by chance load, cannot register. Worst app period.

The features work but take time to load. Was able to search for a doctor and see basic information. Missing the feature on the website that lets you explore more in depth covered benefits, such as limits on physical therapy per calendar year. I wanted to specifically see what was covered in terms of dermatology but couldn't find it or the app doesn't provide such specifics. Being able to view the ID card and/or request a replacement is useful. Functions about the same as the website overall: hit or miss.

At any time, the view id card always says "we are facing technical difficulties" almost 15 days and no luck yet. SHUTDOWN THIS USELESS OPTION PLEASE!! it doesn't provide any value for using an mobile app to view id card. Even your website gives same error when trying to print id card from laptop.

I was able to reset password and login from a PC and then the app worked fine. I was not able to reset or get user name from app. Giving it another try. So far, works pretty well.

Only giving 1 star bc I have no choice if I want to rate. Doesn't allow you to even register. I have tried 10 times, tried re-starting my phone, and even deleting other apps thinking it's my phone! Uninstalling!

Features just don't work. Cost estimator never works, doctor finder works sporadically. Sometimes it just quits. Pretty useless app.

Doesn't recognize NJ Family Health ID number so don't bother but they make games for you tho..That's exactly what Dick people need..Games.. Thanks..

After several attempts to open the app I was successful, only to have it open to errors. Unable to log on, register, unless

It gets stuck on the very first screen with a message "initializing" and never gets to the next screen

This app is absolutely horrible. Never works right. It's better to just go to their webpage.

Samsung Galaxy S5 - Cannot even login in. Can tap on field to type in info, but does not respond or pull up keyboard.

I'd give this 0 stars if I could. The registration process doesn't work & freezes so I can't even log in. I have no idea who developed this App but they should get a new career & find work elsewhere. Seriously. This App is completely USELESS!

Click on the user name field and no keyboard appears. Can't even paste into the field. Will be uninstalling.

Got it to work once, ever since it gets sick at the initial initialization screen.

Put in my information a bunch of times and it kept saying there is an error.

Installed this and registered through this app with my member id information. It works. Also shows all my family members (check for claims ). Also updates my phone numbers. Cool app. Will wait to see my claims and other stuff when I use it more in the future.

Crashed the 1st time I opened it. Only displays text-only web pages. Better off just using a browser.

I am on the website with the same password & username. When I try to use the app it doesnt recognize it

For anyone who is having trouble registering a user name and password. if you can register using an iPhone. Once you do you can login no problem on any device including android

It will not let me register. I have tried many times unsuccessfully. I have also done what support told me to do which is not anything different than what I was doing and still nothing. I will call support on Monday and find out what is the deal. Until then you get 1 star and you don't deserve that.

This app hangs all the time. Too bad, because it would be really useful. Uninstalling immediately.
