Main problem is I have used it 3 days now and 2 of the 3 days I have received a ticket. Blame is on parking enforcement and tickets have been Voided as they just didn't see me on the ap... but the inconvenience of having to call the office submit my honk receipt and talk to CS has just been a major pain in my ass.

I figured it out, it's impossible to either sign up or log in by data. I can only use WiFi to get connected.

This app is garbage. Crashes every single time. Can't call up the keyboard when you need to enter lot number. Won't EVER find the lot you're standing in the middle of. Too bad UBC chose it. Daily pain in my ass.

Took forever to register at first, and definitely needs some improvement.

Please get rid of promotional push notifications when I'm not even parking.

Great app! Easy to use, quickly pay for parking in 30 seconds. However, it does cost an extra 0.35$ on my 6$/day parking. But how else would honk make money?

So much easier than finding a spot, going to the meter, then going all the way back to your car. You can now pay for parking as you walk to class, so that you're not (as) late

Absolute crap. Installed app, tried to get parking... Nothing happened. Tried to add my vehicle, couldn't do that. Tried to add billing info, couldn't do that either. Guess I won't be using this.

I pay $9.50 a day to park, and if I don't have the exact change, the machine eats the extra. I can finally save coins in a jar like everyone else!

Much easier than having to physically go to a terminal and pay for the parking. Definitely stream lines my parking experience

Not bad but only supports parking that honk control.so many lots missing I need monthly parking.

Terrible. Besides the fact that you have to pay more for using it, a small fee is added to all transactions. The worst part is the app does not offer you the ability to see all payment options. For example, I knew I was going to be at the location 'all day' which is wasn't an option, only hrly (I assume in that way they can apply their fee each and every time you renew it]

It charged me 25 cents for "GST" that the meter doesn't charge.

Works well for what it does. Lost my account data a couple of times earlier but seems to be stable for the past 2 or 3 months.

Bugs all over. "Dont have an account" overlaps "login" there's noway to login. Did the testing team even run it on any androids?

Low ratings haven't stopped me from using this app almost daily. It hasn't failed me yet. Very easy to use and effective, what's not to like!

New version doesn't work. It forgot my saved vehicles and payment method and I can't add either. Flat out doesn't work.

I asked about a favourite parking lot function, support team responded in an hour, told me to update my app and boom it was there. Very cool and functional app. Use it every day.

Makes finding the best and cheapest parking spots around downtown Toronto

The app price was $5 per hour, the lot was $1.50 cash... scam.

Would have got a better score if it has a way to cancel a session when you are leaving.

Worst customer service. I couldn't use data in the garage so I paid when I got to my friends condo. I got a ticket and I literally paid on the app 3 minutes later and was basically told from customer service too bad, they're stern with it.

Doesn't work. Payment via PayPal didn't go through although it appeared it did. I got a parking ticket!

Would be great if it worked off line, but it has saved me from tickets since it reminds me when time is running out.

Makes parking in places that don't take amex simple

Simple to use but will not take debit card info. Sometimes zones take forever to load.
