Where's the panic button on the app?!! Did you forget the single most important feature? What if men are at the door and wife runs into bedroom with child?? It happened to my cousin! New addition: it disconnected shortly after and does not reconnect to pad. Says something about java issues. Wth?

It's a true shame they charge for this app that does not perform minimum operations. 1. Only "works" when you are on the home network, no arming or disarming away from home. 2. It always shows it's unarmed even when it's armed. 3. Press "arm away” and it will change the state to "arm stay". Etc.etc. Shame on you Honeywell.

No third party app ever need access to my photos. Also it doesn't have to auto search and discover the panel every time you try access it. It should remember the ip!

Only works on home network. No panic ability. TC app with IFTTT may be more useful. Need ability to silence or change the volume. Even when the silent radio button is selected the voice on the app should be silent too.

I can't connect my system, even though my ip is on the screen. This app is horrible and want my 2 dollars back

I thought this was a remote monitoring app. Why does it require me to be on wifi. That defeats the purpose of remote monitoring.

Needs some key features to be useful to me: 1. New connection screen that allows me to configure a static ip address. No more of this searching the entire network each time I open the app. 2. Where is the event log? 3. Programming from the app would be nice too.

Once I understood how to program the app it works great as a monitor with limited control's. Has a very nice interface.

Thank You Honeywell for fixing video support on Nexus 6P. 2-26-2016 the previous version had audio which was nice, but this version doesn't (minor issue) having video on Nexus was more important to me, if audio returns in next version that would be great! Leaving older version 1.0.17 in my other Android devices so they have audio... Have noticed this app shortens battery life drastically!!!!

I have to try and open app anywhere from 5-10 times before it FINALLY allows me to arm/disarm. I've uninstalled/reinstalled to see if that helps and same thing. Really disappointed I paid for this app.

This app works great when it can connect. 9 out of 10 it will not stay connected to the panel. Would not recommend this app to anyone.

Connects 7 to 8 times then I have to uninstall reinstall the app play around with my home wifi to make it work. This needs to be fixed.

The app is ok, but I must admit that installation wasn't a breeze. I didn't realize that the system was not ready to be paired with the phone as it was still in programming mode. I also didn't realize at first that I had to swipe my phone screen to the right 5 times to get it going. If you are stuck where your menu doesn't match step 4, your system is not in the correct mode. It's probably still in programming mode. I honestly have no idea how to get into the mode where this works, but eventually it got there and the app works as advertised.

Setting up has been a issue from the beginning! I have a L7000 and the fourth step menu screen is not the same as the one profiled, in addition, I have not been able to connect with any web band(1G, 4G, or regular cell service.

I thought it would work with my system but does not. It pops up an error of Java.lang.nullpointer... The app works fine for my iPhone.

My keypad would never find my phone. I followed all the directions and it just doesn't work.

Works great, but needs an auto connect option when home WiFi detected and needs to have audio alerts on mobile device.

Wish you could connect from all around the world....but you have to pay for that

As a previous employee of ADI Honeywell I expect nothing less than there not to be support for the L5100. After all the L5000-L7000 are all so different. Thanks for leaving all your previous customers behind! Gotta love big corporations!

Do you have to register the SIM card on the chip in your security system to use this? Do you have to sign up for a monthly plan? Is there anyway just to hook your phone up to the security system without paying a fee (besides the app)?

Null pointer exception trying to arm. Would be easy enough to fix if they cared to. Would be 5 stars otherwise.

My lynx 5200 w/wifi adapter installed and set up does not allow me to link with my Galaxy S5 phone.

This app is simple to set up. I'm not sure what some peoples problems are. It took 10 seconds to connect to L7000. Once connected, it connects within 2 second of clicking the app icon. Works flawlessly on Lg G2 and Asus tablet.

Lack of Java working on the android phone makes this application pointless.
