GX Remote Control from Honeywell lets you remotely access and control your Honeywell Galaxy Flex or Honeywell Galaxy Dimension intruder panel form anywhere in the world.

Local Control –Just a Honeywell Ethernet Module connected to your panel with internet or a local Wi-Fi connection
Icon Mode for simple setting and un setting operations
Keypad mode for more complicated programming operations
Event logs to help identify what happened and when

Galaxy Flex 3 panels require firmware version 3.13 as a minimum
Galaxy Flex 1 panels require firmware version 1.0 as a minimum

Installed app to use instead of selfmon app but dose not work just disconnects. Just sticking with selfmon app for now. I am using webway ethernet module and it allows use of selfmon and rss but not gx app

On iphone it has always worked fine, but on the S7 edge i cant operate the keypad or set the alarm remotely anyway

No ability to cancel set once you pressed the set button. A drag if you're in a hurry and realise a window is open. You have to wait for the app to error out. Selecting events often hangs the app - no way to escape so you have to kill the app. UI is badly thought out. I understand that you have to enter a PIN each time to use it. As there is a check box to remember the settings it would make sense for the app to prompt you for the PIN when you select a site rather than have to scroll down the list.

I've got the latest panel firmware but it won't allow me access to outputs menu. A mimic panel to show inputs and outputs would be nice.

Good graphic, poor functions. (no graphical Group Arms; no port selection for more panels behind one router etc.)

This is probably the most incomplete and buggy app I have ever used all categories. By far the worst app for remote controlling alarm panels. Very very instable and buggy. Even though the Galaxy range has fallen far behind when it comes to innovations, stability is always expected. And this is NOT Galaxy stable...

Keeps reporting groups enabled on Dimension when groups are not enabled. Not compatible with the current Honeywell GT-40 GSM / IP card or the GT20 ? No option to switch off Honeywell's encryption for alternative hardware like the Chiron modules when using secure VPN based IP connections which avoid port forwarding direct to control panels.

Could not get a connection on this app. Used another one on the market place. No help guide either.

Very Very Slow. Also "Panel firmware upgrade is needed now to support new functionality, Contact your dealer now" How do I update from V1.x to V3.1???? Cannot do much without this!!!!!!
