The site needs more product info, and pictures. More data to help us with decisions on products we aren't familiar with. Or at least link to the products manufacturer page, especially the Honeywell products, since the company owns ADI.

Functional app, Honeywell owns ADI which makes the Lynx panel it's bread and butter I find it interesting that I can search Lynx 5210 yet it does not recognize that, 0 results, must enter L5210. Frustrating that the specifications listed for this panel are extremely minimal with no spec sheets I must now go to honeywell's website on a product that your the only distributer for. Many more pictures need to be added for products and a much wider search basis.

Why does this app need "run at startup" permission? What is it doing before I actually open the app myself? Why not let me login with my fingerprint, or Google's Smart Lock for Passwords? Do you really think users are going to recite your dorky login phrase out loud on a job site? Cryptic, inconsistent abbreviations in product descriptions make searching for products difficult at best. Do yourself a favor and just make a shortcut to the ADI website in your mobile browser; unless you actually scan product bar codes with the app, this is a far better way to access ADI's product information (even though it doesn't improve product searching).

Great ability to scan a barcode and get the price. I wish I could click on the item and see an item description though.

Tried to find a common product: Lynx 5210. Not found! Also, it requires nagging sign in. One of the advantages of apps is the ability to have the option to have a sign in automatically remembered. I can appreciate security, but give me the option to not have to re-key password.

Logging in by voice is a nice gimmick, but why not just let me stay logged in? Android let's me secure my entire device with a pin/password/pattern. If I've done that (or maybe if I haven't), please let me just stay logged into the app. Or better yet, implement Smart Lock for Passwords. Having to repeatedly login, either with my username/password or by reciting some dorky phrase just doesn't cut it.

The new voice login is a stupid idea, and crashes the app regardless. Allow users to stay signed in, problem solved. Why spend so much time to implement a stupid voice sign in feature instead of an always signed in feature??

I wish ADI would revamp the whole product category and keyword search environment. Very difficult to find new products and almost always have to know the exact part number of what you're looking for to find it.

App supposedly keeps me logged in. On start up the banner reads "hello Ethan Hayes" but to get to my orders and sometimes to see dealer pricing it I have to log out and then log back in before it will work. Has continued in the newest version as well as previous ones on HTC ONE.

I login to get dealer pricing (which I then get), and tell the app to remember me, and it doesn't! I can't stand apps that require me to login over and over again under the guise of security, or worse yet, buggy app coding. I'm smart enough to avoid using simplistic passwords, so logging in takes a minute or so - completely negating any benefits of the app when compared to the mobile web site, which lets me login easily because my browser remembers me.

So i called today tech support and they told me it might be because im un puerto rico. Hmmm so i can login and buy from youre website located stateside but cant log in on a app? Tech support reached out to me and they fixed the app. Solid service. App won't open now on latest update. Galaxy s4 stock Rom latest updates. 4.4

Great app. Does what it's supposed to do. Too bad there's no iOS version. In guess they didn't feel like waiting 6 months after writing each update. :P

App Is great...had trouble with login at first, but tech support had me straightened out quickly..this is a very handy app

Installed it and logged in without a problem. It is navigating well, information provided is relevant, and tools available (shopping, phone numbers, etc) are going to be very useful. There is only one problem I have found which is after you click on an item, on the item page, the item icon does not show up. It's not a big deal but thought you should be aware of the issue. I am using a Motorola Bionic Android 2.3.4.

ADI support tech contacted me the next day after I reviewed the app. Logging in works like a charm now. Very impressed.
