Worked fine on my Galaxy Light but I upgraded to the Galaxy J7 and there is no way to add a device. So frustrated! Anyone have a fix? LONG holding the button to left of home button doesn't work either.

Can not add a device. There is not a button to add a device. Useless.

Today is my sons first day at school and they have this system so i can check in on him and it isnt working on my s7edge at all not on WiFi and not on the cellular network

The replay frame rate for down loaded video is very slow. Too many steps to play / see live video...

Only strange thing is… I cannot see my cameras on wifi only on 4G

HGR camera doesn't seem to be compatible with "marshmallow". Can not bring up the info list because the device portion won't open to list the device info. Please fix it.

This app does NOT work when trying to use a NON-WiFi connection on my cell phone. To clarify, when using my wifi for my router at home i can look at the cameras using the App all day and it works fine. As soon I try to use my cellular data 4G connection (non-WiFi) the app does not work at all. I Have played with it for hours trying to change things but to no avail. It just does not work on my Android Galaxy S4 using 4G data connection on my cell phone. If the makers of this app, or anyone else has a suggestion I would like to hear it....but for now this app is only functional over WiFi at home for me. This sux bcuz it was a custom install.

App works as described on samsung galaxy S4 wi-fi and mobile data for multi sites, easy to configure. Only downside is you can only view up to 4 cameras at once, up to 9 would have been nice! Good app

Thought I would share with you all that you CAN save sites on the Galaxy S5. All you have to do is long press the button left of your home button. I was about to boycott Honeywell before I found this out

Worked great on the Motorola electrify m but got the Samsung S 5 and does not allow you to add a device. Please fix this option.

Cant add device in lg g3 no menu

When Samsung changed the lower left soft key from options to open programs, it took away the ability to add a device. Most apps have 3 small dots in the upper right corner signifying the options menu. This app doesn't have that.

We set up cameras in and around our business. Was excited about using the app to view our cameras when away. This app will not work on my Samsung, very disappointed. Please fix so we can use it.

The app was great but just stopped working on samsung galaxy note2. Anyone know how to fix it?

I use my iPhone version of this app everyday but was never able to use Android app on the Google Nexus 7 tablet. FINALLY FIXED !!! Just did the latest update and works now to view cameras live. Thanks!! Only complaint and reason for 4 Star rating, is why did it take so long Honeywell?? Again thanks and bottom line is it is now working.

The application appears to not work when using DDNS register mode. The fix is to use a static up register mode for an ip address or use DOMAIN register mode if you need to use a ddns address. Tested on a galaxy s4 4.3 and an iPhone and works on both with the HRG54 4 channel dvr.

If u can't see cams on WiFi its because u using external address from within ur network.
