Everytime i open the app it suddenly stops and closes

It should have been good but there are still too many bugs.

It's a good application to order food, laundry and groceries. Efficient and fast enough.

Kept on crashing.

First time using this apps.everything is fine so far.

Amazing App and services

I used to order thru HonestBee before I moved. Now that I'm at new address, BUT YOUR GPS SUCKS

Address selection does not prompt you to input criteria missing fields - for repeated users, the app doesnt fall back on delivery data. This results in the app's GPS picking up the address and doesn't prompt you to confirm the final delivery address. They will throw ur food away despitr you paying good money for it when they cant get you after 16 mins of wait. Totally forgetting that customers are customers who may have difficulties answering the phone owing to having to care for babies / elders / sickly people HENCE that is why the delivery service was used.

Cut the story short. If u want to give out promo codes to encourage more business and referrals, consider less restrictions and terms & conditions. There are 6 people living in my address and half of us spend significant amount of money on e commerce service and products. Your restrictions on using promo code based on same address is a big turn off. I was about to become your customer until I was "slapped" with your T&C. You just lost 3 potential customers from my household and there will be many more to come cos I will make it a point to tell my friends and family about your lousy service.

I had issues with the app not deleting items. Customer service was horrible and said I had to pay for things I did not want. Buyer beware! DIShonestbee.

Placed order and payment cleared but order status does not reflect the order, unresponsive customer service email, do not fall for promo code

The app is very easy to use but sometimes lags. It needs a few tweaks: 1) add product details, 2) add sort and filter options within search results, and 3) a feature to request a new grocery item and even a new restaurant or grocery store, 4) improve image quality and add an option magnify images, 5) improve accuracy of item labels (example: the Emborg cream cheese turned out to be spreadable), and 6) the delivery person's app MUST reflect the total bill charged. #6 is crucial because I'm signing my name without knowing how much I'm being charged. It's bonkers! My first order arrived on time but some of my mangoes were squished and the 5kg bag of Jasmine rice had tiny bugs in it. I used the app's feature for giving feedback to complain about the rice and I'm pleased with how customer service representative Daric Malicse handled the situation. My second order also arrived on time but had numerous problems. 1) the shopper chose some wrong items, 2) she substituted a cheese block with sliced cheese, 3) she chose a dairy item that's too close to its expiration date, and 4) she didn't inform us that some items weren't available. #4 was a very disappointing because it affects our week's menu. I again gave feedback and I'm pleased with how customer service representative Jermaine Reyes resolved the issue.

If u want to throw ur money strongly recommend to download this cheating app .u must order, pay first using ur credit card and wait until one day in future mybe they deliver to u

Cannot checkout. Keep having error message but able to check out using the ios app. Pleae improve the android version

Have used it to order food delivery quite a few times so far and it's been smooth with no problems. Restaurant selection was limited initially but has been steadily increasing and is pretty good now.

Great on normal days, but disappointed that the operation seems to break down on high demand days.

Frequently sending me notification of promotion discount off my next purchase. Went in to order, but no discount voucher in my wallet. Only when I check with their live chat then was given a promo code. It's quite BS if you ask me. If you want to send notification, make sure promo goes into the voucher wallet. If not just send an email with the promo code.

Tried to order some food thru the app. Credit card payment went thru but food order did not. One hour later told me food was on its way. Ive already got food from somewhere else and asked to cancel my order but they wouldn't allow it. Worst still they even sent me a receipt and claimed that I have received the food. Even have the balls to ask me to rate the food. Horrible customer service and borderline fraudulent. Only reason I'm not taking legal action is because the ount of money is small.

Very lousy app. I can't enter my credit card details without it telling me to review my details. And this happens all the time! Useless customer service on their chat as well. Just told me to check with my bank in which I did and the bank says there's nothing wrong with my cards. This app is basically useless! Uninstalling after this! This app deserves no stars!!!

Very bad apps. I have groceries order, key in credit card details and confirmed delivery time. The delivery didn't turn up at all. Try to call them, Not a answering my phone call. Very lousy and disappointed team working at honeybee...

I have made my order at 12 noon and yet tot receive my meal. No prior notification was given for the delay even after i've put a remark on my order! Really poor customer service ever! My lunch time is over waiting for the food to arrive! This is really a bad experience for a first timer like me! Have submit a complain but yet to get a response till now!! It's been 2 hours! Until now i don't know what happened to my order! I want to cancel the order and i want you to refund back my money right now!

Buggy and nothing i want is in stock. Basically milk and diapers so okay maybe it was just buggy for me I bought some stuff, they said they were finally in stock but then on the delivery date, my son's diapers were out of stock so i ended up getting the filler items. They applied the discount but i only got to use half of the coupon. Now I need to go out tomorrow get those diapers elsewhere. Should've stuck with Lazada

The most complicated app, it will turn your day in a bad mood. They ask me to log in and so i did. They ask for my phone number, so i entered. But told me the number is already registered, ofcourse it is, because thats number. Ask me to enter another phone number, so i did enter my other phone number. But they never send confirmation and only alows you 3 times to resend confirmation and block u for 1day. How stupid is that? Its to hasle to use! If this is created to make people life easier and more convinient. Then make it easier for us to use!

Honest bee takes no responsibility for ANY of it's laundry items. If items are damaged or lost it's your own problem. What sort of customer service is this? You can't trust this service for whatever price you pay.

It's really stupid when they cancel my food order and still charge me for it. Then it takes 5 business day to get it back?!!! Damn irritating. If it wasn't for the promo codes, I wouldn't even bother with this stupid apps.

Ordered from ThaiExpress with EATBOOK code. Delivery was swift unlike many of the reviews here, order tracking function allowed me to know when to expect it. Will definitely try again!

Worst & bad experience on this honestbee app shopping. Waste my time!!! Stock limited & suddenly cancel order without inform client.

What's the point of this food delivery when you have most restaurants closed for orders as early as 8pm?!Should feature specific order timings for each reastaurant.On Popeye's website last order is 9:45pm but I cannot order via this app at 8:15pm -.- That chat box..no one replies my inquiries.

Friends telling me to download this app. I downloaded and keeps shutting off when I tried to open the app. Honest bee sucks!

My first order was a success its delivered right away but now im trying to order again and use a promo code its jz keep on loading and wouldnt check out...its like they really dont want you to avail the 500 less coupon ive been trying for a couple of hrs until now its not working..ive been referring this to friends and family but its disappointing whats happeningvto your up honestbee it cant keep up..you might need to fix some bugs and errors in it to make buyera life easier...

Bad app. Keep jump out to screen after confirm location. Been uninstall and reinstall 3 times still the same .

Now that theres delivery charge,I will not be using it anymore.Previously, delivery charge was not included and there was already some small charge in the items added.It was great for ordering 1pax,and I used it to order many times and introduced it to many of my friends.However,now there are no more promo codes and there is delivery charge.I would rather use another app to order food, where there is some promotion going on for some of their delivery places.Well this app was good while it lasted.Probably going to uninstall it soon.
