I'm getting a little deaf from the repeated forced notifications which the app always auto change my setting to the loudest EACH time, even though I kept turning the volume down to mute! I couldn't hear the customers well through my headphones and apparently the customer can hear the notifications ringing! 3 customers feedback on this already! Please adjust the notifications warnings and take away the app's ability to auto change our settings before causing deafness to all the shoppers.

The app used to channel the view back to the order history summary page and to the date I was viewing the details. Now, it just jumps back to the shopping job page every time i exit an order after reviewing the details. Also, the scanner always returns a "wrong product" even when it is correct. The old version where the codes (numeric) are more useful.

Alerts and notifications from new orders won't stop until you force quit the app. Fix the app

App crashes when selecting Daily Summary in Jobs Summary. Sound is still active when the device volume is off. When talking to customer sound is heard over the earpiece.

When we need to go offline while making current deliveries which we need to check the details n let client sign. This is so coords won't assign us jobs in the next time slots. Currently have to keep informing to reassign jobs when we can't do anymore jobs, since they always see us online while doing deliveries.

Laggy and Notifications are so loud and will auto level up to max eventhough i have turn down e volume to mute. Even the customers can hear it. And there is no option to reset password in case of forgotten password. How to do so?

Sound is really annoying, with the ringtone. Furthermore it ALWAYS auto increases my volume setting to max. Going deaf trying to shop while trying to continually decrease the volume. Fix it.

any chance to at least change the volume of the alarm. even with blocking of all notifications, the alarm still goes. very frustrating especially when im assigned orders 1 hour before my shift and its incessant ringing while im still at home, wakes the family up or when im in a meeting.
