HomeSwapper Matches

Since installing I have had constant issues with using it. Can't upload pictures,can't access my matches. This application needs addressing software wise if you wish people to continue to use your service. I will be looking at another site if not resolved.

Going to see how this app is.. I've been on the laptop version for a bit and it as been a waste of time I don't know what as happen to everyone on there, i think it got all messed up when they changed it up... hoping they fix it or their going to be losing alot of people

This app does not seem to work properly sometimes it keeps me logged in sometimes logs me out. I get emails about messages at least a day late. Even when I open the app it flicks between the app and desktop version. It's not user friendly at all. No real point in the app as will annoy the he'll out of you. Just use the desktop version.

Absolute nightmare. It got log in problems, loading problems, uploading pictures problems, password problems. The multiswap function is even worse. The customer services refuse to speak with you. They even ignore helpful suggestions and aggorantly claim to be right all the time. The help emails they send are useless as they don't relate to the homeswapper pages!!! It's a pity as I want to swap homes!!!!!! Judging my others experience they are equally dissatisfied. They have absolutely no desire to put any of this right. Time to look for another swap site.

... its logged me out 6 times in the last 5 mins... eveytime i click a tab at the top of the page, the next page it gives me is the 'log in' page. Really frustrating.... now after 'forcing' me to accept Cookies, it wont let me upload photos... No problems online, so uninstalling.

It's crap.. keeps telling me to log in to website to update profile when I don't need to.. also they charge a fee and ask too many questions.. it's like it's run by the government or something now.. better off using other less nosey websites

This app is less helpful than the actual site.. the map view etc isn't available with the app and descriptions are limited too. Not very easy to search on at all :-(

Prefer the site rather than the app as it tells you when the person was last online. Alot of people are very ignorant and don't reply but that's hardly the apps fault. However if I get messages, I get alerted straight away which is great

No one ever replies, soo ignorant especially when they've read it. If people were genuine then everyone would have a chance, but no one is. Pointless!!

Love having home swapper on the go admittedly more detailed via the pc/laptop version regarding user last logged in dating but that is the only difference as far as I can tell but apart from this i love this swapper site and am very glad it's on the go

Its a great app ive had no problem with it. I would have given it a 5* but i would suggest that the people who have not been on for over 5 weeks should be removed as when im on my phone it does not come up that they have not been on for weeks so it gets peoples hopes up and also i keep getting swaps for places for over 50+ saying its a match when its not

HATE that you cant search by the borough, only by the kilometre. The old gov system was far superior

I have been logging in for weeks and I constantly have the same matches no one replies EVER, and I think if they haven't logged in for over 10 weeks then the account should be deleted because they clearly aren't interested in swapping, and most people are just looking anyway out of my 17 matches only 2 are serious about swapping

The app lacks the full functionality of the website but is great for keeping tabs on messages from other swappers and viewing matches based on your previously input criteria. All in all a good compliment to the site but not as a stand-alone app

The app is saying that I have got messages 8 people serious about my home, I have never heard of them cannot reply because it's freezing on me...

The old app was brilliant thus New app is advertising hell ... Its not user friendly ... Redesign this app or its going to be binned ...

The older one was much easier to use as this now making your search harder showing me matches not in my area miles away

Rubbish.....this site is full of time wasters and ignorant people who can't be bothered to answer a message even though they've seen it. Complete waste of time and money

The whole site needs updating. The matches are not real matches and the same ones come up every week

Its difficult to create searches specific to needs, but the app hasn't frozen on me etc

Not like the old home swapper...it wont even let me upload any photos...ive tried the mobile site version..desktop version and the app version and on all of them i still cant upload a photo...hows anyone gona want to swap with me if they cant see pictures of my house!!!

The app it's self is ok. I my self haven't had much luck with moving, we have been on it for almost 4 years and had 3 say they will swap and then pull out at the last mint.

The app sends me a notification then makes me sign in. It would be more useful if it kept me logged in. Also there isn't as much detail as on the Mobile friendly Web site such as no map facility.

Im finding it very slow and it keeps freezing on me, so it can be days before i can ckeck my account. 2 days later and its still froze. Its rubbish my app wont even open.Its been weeks now and it still wont open.

Doesn't let you upload photos and just keeps going back to home screen everything I log in and then when I do finally get to search as soon as I go back it makes you do loads of information that you have already filled out

I can't open the app nor get to the site via my browser!! I see I have a message but I cannot get in to read it

Keeps asking me to log in then when u do saying oops something went wrong. Waste of time app.

Pointless app basically just a link to the website, as when you want to view a match it takes you to the browser and you have to log in again, need to be able to view matches in the app

Messages keep disappearing when I try sending them so no one getting them

This app it so slow and freezes and when u click back u have to constantly sign back in.

Not a bad app sometimes let's me stay logged in. but I can't find how to delete my details when I have finished with it

Since it's updated it keeps crashing when you click on the app to log in, very annoying :/

Battery usage excessive was using 18% of my battery when I wasn't using it.

This app doesn't allow you to open much useless

Once you pay them, they keep your payment details and they will take money with out authorising them. Becareful about this. You can only contact them through email and they don't respond your.

It would be alot easier if I could narrow my search rather than swiping through over 200 houses like I could on the desktop version

App is awful AND WHAT IS WITH THE TOTALLY INAPPROPRIATE ADS???

Useless. Doesn't let you see or do anything.

Come on Homeswapper team, get your act together!! You have a lot of people using your app, they deserve better than this....
