I bought 5 cams from you and now your app does not work. What's up, everything was fine which is why I put 5 cams on my house. Now app says wrong user or no such user, then I register a new user you say the name is available so I enter passwords and BOOM cannot register at this time. Do you have servers down or what? My desktop app is working just fine. Cell phone app will not work. My tablet is working fine. Are you having issues since the recent Android update?

I changed my router and it won't pick up the camera anymore. Extremely disappointed. Would not recommend unless fixed.

I registered and it worked ok for a week, it now says that username isn't registered but if I try again it says already taken. Makes my camera useless

Was able to snap 1 picture then after that nothing. Keeps telling me connection failed. I need help here.

Not stable with network connection always disconnect... Pls fix this problem if not you'll lose business

Been working well. All of a sudden now the app refuses me access and no way to re-register using my email.

Most times it works....sometimes it totally forgets everything and you have to reconnect

Worked ok sort of... Of our four cameras it usually would get connected to a couple st a time. Now it won't login so.. useless

App works but the picture is no good on Android phone works great on iPad but need it to work on phone I don't Carrie my iPad around with me. Please fix this I have removed it reinstalled it several time get same results please fix this

Detects both cameras, one works well. The other camera says wrong password. I deleted it and started over but still reports wrong password. After your cloud based update is when all these peoples started. I believe that there is another camera with the same serial number out there that is causing this issue.

I replaced it with ismartc and the camera work fine now

Love it but it would be better if the app had a option for the camera to auto rotate and scan for motion or to be able to select certain areas to watch for motion and ignore other areas like on other home video cameras like this one. Also, it would be nice if you had the option to turn the night vision on and off at will. But other then that, great job, i love this app and my camera. Good but not perfect...
