It's the worst ever online shopping app. I purchased combo of 3 shirts and it was of a very bad quality. When I told to refund the same to my account, they refused and they gave me a refund coupon excluding d delivery chrgs which has to be used before Jan 2018 when I m nt interested in buying nymore. Worst app ever...

Bht kharab app hai. Agar aap isse purchase kartey ho to ye apka number kisi fraudsters ko sell kar dete hai. Jo baad me apko call karke kisi badi prize k baare me batate hai & then apka credit card no mangtey hai. Aur agar aap card no. nhi dete ho ya inke account me paise transfer karne se mana kartey ho to ye fraudsters apse misbehave kartey hai apko galiyan dete hai &apko call karke pareshaan kartey hai. So don't trust on homeshop 18

Pathetic site or app I was a registered user in 2012 and bought 2 online products and now they say this user is not registered, so I tried to sign up again using my phone and email, and I never received otp that was expected. Tried about 10 times continuously, in 4 hours but never received otp. Pathetic. Can't buy anything without registration?

Very bad shopping experience. I purchased a mini sewing machine. That was not working properly. When I talked with customer care then he told me that this was not his problem. And forced me to contact delhi office of sewing machine.When I talked with Delhi office, he adviced me to submit product in delhi.how disgusting. I am from Patna. How can I go to delhi. My advice to public don't purchase any item. Other wise you have to take risk.in case of damaged product

Pathetic site i have ever done shopping with... Recently i bought handy sewing machine through this.. And it was defective on the same day i reported a complaint.. And from that day i call them every other day to replace the defective with a new one but they just say "please give us 48 hours or 72 hours" everytime i call them they come with the same reply..pathetic service.. I advice everyone not to purchase anythng from here.. Cause its almost 2 months from the day i complaint for replacement of the product but they are so irresponsible and pathetic..!!!

Worst app ever. I bought a portable sewing machine which never worked. Then I faced a very rude customer care. I was directed to surya company whenever i called up homrshop18. Surya company people said, my complaint is not valid and i should go to some local repair shop. I had a terrible experience, not because of the non working machine but because of the sick customer care. I wont buy anything from homeshop18 again.

Total time waste. These ppl pass your number to fraud ppl. Who calls and say tht they are calling in behalf of HOMEshop18 , and ask fr ban details fr some offer price. Be aware and don't shop with these ppl. Pathetic customer support, as espected from NOIDA call centers

Abrubt cheating app no.1.Don't buy anything using this app. If you registered your details in this app whenever u order for anything then u will receive more fraud calls and sms from Bihar and Delhi in the name of this app. These people will try to get our Bank account details and etc. If you have all such you will be a looser.

I bought pest control device and it did not worked as per description. When I called the customer care for return they refused saying to contact the Seller, NOW this Seller stays in different place altogether.. How do I go n return now.. HS18should handle all these issues. How can you expect customer to contact seller and process issues independently when I purchased from HS18should. Should definitely report about this to consumer forum

Homeshop18 is connected with fraud people. Our personal information is not safe with homeshop18. I booked order and within few hours all my information including name, address, mobile number, order details everything was shared with fraud people. I got msg from I'd "DM-HMSHOP" stating that I won a lottery. Next day got call to deposit money in an account to claim the prize. When I tried to register complaint, first they refused and after talking to senior they taken it. Please avoid shopping on homeshop18 and yourself away from these frauds.

HomeShop18 worst app ever.. Security about your details are not safe. So guys don't shop from here. I am suffering with fake callers for money regarding. Hs18 you guys make us fool. And products are also worst quality.. Last product I purchased electric kettle was delivered yesterday the kettle is completely damage and customer executives doesn't give any satisfied answer.. CHEATERS. Shop at your own risk. Homeshop people are complete frauds. They don't send what they show. While returning they eat away the delivery charges. We'll meet in consumer forum you cheaters. If you ensure to repair the delivery charges only then will I give my order number.

Pathetic, don't purchase anything from this website. They distribute your phone number to various scammers and fraudsters and then you receive millions of calls from them asking your credit card number. These people sell your details and then you receive calls stating that you won a prize and please deposit some money to their account to release that prize. Don't trust homeshop18 otherwise your number will be distributed and you regret your purchase for many days

I bought felex handy stich machine and it is not working when I call costumer servicing centre for refund they refuse and told me it can't be exchange then I told them to return my product and don't return my money but they told me that it is not possible.it's a worst shopping channel to shop. They don't know how to give customer service. So please don't shop from this channel.

I ordered something and I got a different product. When I contacted customer care they keep saying tomorrow but never came. Its been a month now. Such a hopeless service and stupid customer care team. I am never going to shop here again.

I was a loyal customer of this from years but now it's just waste of time and money. The customer service is pathetic. Cheaters & Scanmers in one word . HS18 used to be a good company . But my recent experience is nightmare . I ordered items & they didn't deliver all products but took my money . I complained but same thing happened again. They didn't deliver all items . Is it a company ? Even i got fake calls & messages from HS18 official messaging number (i say it official bcz i get order confirmation from that number , DM-Homeshop or something it says ). Full of cheaters . I won't buy anything ever from homeshop. Homeshop was my first choice since 2012-13 . Sorry this company is totally different now. Never buy anything from them. Try trusted & responsible online sellers . Big NO to Homeshop

Please uninstall this application if you are old user and Never buy from this application or site or even by mobile as this are very cheated people that doesn't refund our valuable money in any case I personally suggest to every one never buy from this application as this all are frauds. This company have no value for their customer And customer satisfaction is too poor.

Worst service...worst product...dnt biy anythng from this site...they send you cheap quality products and than later they give all sort of excuses for deducting your money...worst return policy ...its been more than a month they havent processed my return...and dey not even reply to mails...fraud site...refund my money homeshop. Flipkart is much better

This is the worst shopping platform I have come across. They shipped a defective product which is not in working condition. Have tried reaching their customer service several times. They are not interested in solving any of the customer issues. This is a fraud company. Never ever shop on Homeshop18 and loose money.

Worst App ever????.. Sorry to say that the quality of "HOME SHOP" has detoriated since a few years. ????I had ordered sarees of Rs 1099. But the quality of sarees were very low quality. So I returned. Now so called HOME SHOP 18 ????is not willing to refund the amount and not giving suitable reply.???? They have given the coupon no. BUT when I order for a new product using the same amount they say I have already redmeed dat coupon. NO, that means they r not willing to give my money back..???? ATLEAST NAAPTOL IS BETTER THAN THIS SO CALLED HOME SHOP 18..

Whenever I open a product. And then press back button it moves to the top. Which is very annoying. Because I don't want to see the product i have seen already please fix it

Good deals but some times they send totally different products n take too much time to correct it. Once I ordered a tablet with keyboard n accessories n in white color they did not send the accessories, keyboard nor in white color. I complained but they did not bothered.???? Even I got the fraud calls.

Worst shopping experience ever ..i purchased 1 semi stitched lehnga for my daughter.. Fabric quality is poor , color is totally different from the pic and they included 300 rs gift vouchers which i didn't recieved with it ..now I'm trying to return it ... nobody's picking up the phone , no reply for my sms and my mails.. I'm very disappointed.. I'm buying goods from HS18 till it started its TV channel.. but now they are not providing good service

I have placed an order for shoe rack through internet banking on 7th December, my account was debited but the site is still waiting for gateway till today I made another order on 8th Dec and the order was processed after 24hours and all it said was gate passed I wish i had not ordered anything and i wish i could just get my money back Worse App Ever????????????????????

One of the worst app,I ordered 20 piece combo they delivered only 12 pieces when i called them they are deniying to deliver remaining pieces and even not picking up phone.when they pick up phone they say that. Your address was wrong and phone no. Not reachible only making exuses even the staff is also not god they dont have manners to talk so friends pls do not make any order from this site

I have been a customer of homeshop18 since a very long time and was even satisfied with their customer service.. now I do not know what has changed over the past few months but the standards have gone down very low... Orders are misplaced, wrong orders are sent, n den after promising to deliver the right product they them selves cancel it... Now do you think that people just buy things for the heck of it... What I ordered was a necessity for me which has become a headache... Your customer service department has become with worst where in people are just lying left and right and also their rudeness levels are touching the skies... Really regret shopping with you all this years... Bad bad bad service..... And not to mention my order details are always leaked with personal details to scammers who try and scam me in your name saying I won prizes... Rectify and redevelop plz...

This is the most fake app i have ordered a smartphone from this app named spice mi-401 3 years ago but that didn't hace the same specifications as mentioned for that phone. I didn't have that details now.... But i was in so much trouble at that time it is dabba phone..
