Finally a store card with an app hate having to go onto a webpage and have thw long winded question followed by memoravle words and security questions to gwt in and pay for something. Simple 4 digit pin and you can view everything and do everything

App worked perfectly but now it constantly shuts down on me when I try to check my benefits. Bloody annoying because I've missed out on buy over 12 months instead of 7 AND £7.00 off after I spent more than £99.00. Not worth having at this rate. I did uninstall and reinstall but there was no improvement at all. Totally frustrated.

Made a payment and all I got was error message but funds have come out my bank....I know it takes about 48 hours with Argos so not sure weather payment will still reach Argos due to error message.... anyone else had this problem? Never had a problem with the online payment method.

Absolute rubbish. Was working fine but now all I get is "Oops, something went wrong”. Constant server error messages. Total waste of time as doesn't work any more. Will uninstall if an update doesn't soon fix this. Trouble is, not so easy to make an interim payment in the meantime without this app. Come on Argos, get it fixed please!

App is good for keeping track of balances but crap of payments i meab how can it keel coming back with error saying 'Opps we encountered a problem' i ring them and they say payment has not been taken but yet bank says they have 4 payments going though. AVOID MAKING PAYMENTS AT ALL COSTS! Use website it safer.

I can make payments now but when I put xx amount to normal credit, the app allocated more than HALF of it towards a BNPL item. When I've made other payments even online, money is allocated incorrectly. Simply put, do it online, not thru the app, and separate payments to each item. Not good enough.

Used balance and available balance do not add up to what my credit limit is. Recieved an error message when trying to pay but funds still came out of my bank, this could make people believe they have paid and end up with interest charges as the payment them defaulted. Also rewards still not working.

+ sign is a valid part of email address. Please stop reinventing RFC standard. Also my phone number comes with 000000 in the front. This app feels dodgy. However fingerprint scanner is a nice touch.

My first day with the app, so I'll update this once I've been using it for a while. But I wanted to make one point: I set up my bank card, made a payment via the app, and it went through without a hitch. But an important note is that, whilst my online banking app immediately showed the correct reduction of available funds, the app still, several hours later, hasn't adjusted my 'balance owing'. This is understandable and as I'd expect, because the bank knows about the transaction but hasn't yet completed payment. I wonder whether this delay is what has led some of the unsatisfied reviewers to express frustration with the payment system?

Rubbish I have tried and tried to register my card on the app and it tells me that I have registered too many devices and remove some using another device. Problem is I don't have any of my old devices so can't use the app. Totally useless.

It's a decent app, however if you try to make another payment after making one already, the app always says there was an error. Can someone fix this please and I would give it a better review and more customers would be satisfied!

The app itself is great for checking balances and transactions. However, as with many store cards now the 'my benefits' section is not bespoke to card holders. It's open to everyone. Calling it 'my benefits' is misleading.

Tried to make a payment but each time I tried to put my card details it simply flashed and I was unable to enter my details. Pointless app if it's meant to make paying easier and I'm virtually house bound!

Used to be great but now I can't make payments. Been like this for some time now. When I ring Argos they tell me there is not a problem!!!!! They really need to get their act together as I now use other online sites due to this poor app support.

Used it a twice and does not deduct payments from chosen balance,had to call Argos customer services to rectify account, only good for checking balances, don't bother to use to pay!

For the last 2 weeks the app has crashed as I've made my payment..last week's payment has left my bank account but not been allocated to my Argos card. Told by argos at the beginning of the week that they had found my payment and would allocate it against my Argos card... which has not happened - called again today to be told the money had been returned to my bank - it has not! Made another payment again today (so as not to fall behind with payment plans) and the exact same thing happened...so now I have 2 payments lost somewhere in cyber space & no one helping me to resolve the situation!

Getting one star as I kept getting extra to pay on my card even though I've allways kept up with payments. Also saying can't connect because not secure connection says this on WiFi and signal.

Absolutely BLOODY USELESS - All of a sudden this app has become unuseable! Cannot logon as the crappy app says "Ooopps something went wrong" well Argos maybe i will give it an Ooopps when it comes to payments.

I have only just registered on the app but the level of information provided in the summary view is just right and all totally relevant and what I would hope to see. No hidden details that result in having to call. One of the best account apps I have seen to date. Thank you

Ok i find that everything goes well except for normal credit when i pay it straight off it never goes off back to o.oo and ive over paid normal credit once by over £10 but didnt get that back ? Even though i pay normal credit straight back it still tells me i owe money amd charges me interest ?

The app generally works OK but I am still not able to retrieve my benefits and when I click helps and support I get a blank page. If this starts to work then I will change my rating.

App seems alright on the whole for viewing balances. But when I come to add a csrd to make payments it wont let me amend any of the example data. Then throws up an error.

When putting a payment through it took ages.. And I mean ages to show confirmation so I had to do it again so took two payments. Also got a new phone, downloaded the app but there's no option just to log in again. Rubbish

WHAT A JOKE! I made payments with my debit card and cleared the plan and then it was reversed and put onto a normal credit plan and then I had to phone to get it put onto the payment plans I had and then I had to pay money which had been reversed even though the funds was in my account.... it has been a nightmare and I will be getting rid of the argos card as soon as I've paid it off! Horrendous

Took double payment out !!! Tried paying via the app said payment failed redone payment which was successful but today noticed took a extra £350 wtf refund please !!! Update still not refunded after phoning numerous times do not use this app to make payments !!!! UPDATE 3 shocking customer service after phoning everyday for 8 days about refund and being told it will be in next day etc now once again being told Monday and then will take 3 days to clear !!!! Disgraceful handling by argos !!!!

Won't allow me to download to new device as been downloaded to too many devices!! Google Play doesn't allow you to completely remove old devices so now stuck as will never be able to download . Sucks as never had this prob with any other app,!

Its good to keep track on payments etc but you cannot pay on the app as it keeps crashing, this is the 3rd update since and there is still this big issue
