Easy to set up and easy for customers to write a review. Other review sites require customers to have an account. HomePro is a breeze! Yelp has removed reviews that my customers took the time to write and it's very frustrating. I have used the HomePro widgets on my webpage and the app works great as well. My only complaint is that the widgets are a generic HomePro Review photo of fake reviews. If they can incorporate your actual reviews into the widget that would make it perfect!

I have a small remodeling business so I decided to give this app a try for my customer reviews. It basically does what it says in the description, which isn't always the case with other apps. Because there are templates set up for messages and job types you only need to enter the customer's name and email to send a request. It's really pretty painless. I already got a few reviews back from my customers. So far, so good! Haven't tried out this app's other features like the website widget though.
