Seems like a great idea so far. My first trial had an immediate response and for all the guys not wishing to go on a forum and get insulted,have wrong answers,or not near a internet connection this is a great app to have. This is like having a team of experts in your pocket.

I've been helping the RMTSN team test this app and it's just awesome. I find a problem, take a picture, speak my question via Android voice (or type) and I get an answer quickly. It's like having all my home inspection instructors in my pocket. Just what an inspector needs!

I'm using lollipop and kitkat and now never get notification from HON. Acts like it sends the info but nothing after that.
